First time at this restaurant, what can I say! Everything was delicious, from appetizers to dessert, a wonderful zuppa inglese.... Thank you, Mr. Hermann, for your courtesy and speed of service. We'll definitely be back.

Hermann is very attentive and professional, the lady at the table is very kind.

Legendary and unique. A must-try! Update October 2025: We went there again this time with a group of seven. And it was fantastic again. We were first surprised by a fantastic menu, and then by a completely fair price. Many thanks to the entire team!

Excellent restaurant and beautiful location, especially in summer when you can eat al fresco, with a view of Lake Trasimeno. Both the first and second courses, as well as the desserts, are very good, and the prices are moderate. Highly recommended.

At first glance, the place looks like just another torta al testo-beer kiosk... Then the fun begins... And you find yourself eating a white Chianina ragù (excellent) and a guinea fowl with its crouton (like my grandmother's) all in a pine grove overlooking the lake... oh, and let's not forget the appetizer with (real) cured meats... There's also the Torta al testo, which I write with a capital T because it's truly good, among the best! In short, what more could you want?
