Exceptional in every way! The service, food and atmosphere were superior. It’s a destination restaurant for the dining experience itself but Pitigliano is a must also!

I'm returning to my room delighted by the flavors of this restaurant, with its historic and elegant location and fantastic food quality. The tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms deserves an A+... the truffle ravioli is equally impressive... the owner is friendly and knowledgeable... 5 stars.

In the historic center of Pitigliano, in one of the town's most charming squares, this restaurant combines sophistication and authentic flavors. The extensive menu offers traditional recipes such as tagliatelle with pigeon and stuffed pigeon, which we thoroughly enjoyed, as well as the house red wine. The service is professional and attentive. Waiting times are reasonable. Prices are high, but in keeping with the quality offered.

13/02/2026: Fantastic gelato. I recommend the flavors: "Brigante della Maremma" (chocolate and hazelnut) and pistachio. I don't recommend the flavors: yogurt and stracciatella. Unfortunately, prices have increased by €0.50 recently. Small cone: €2.50 Medium cone: €3 Large cone: €4 Medium wafer: €3 Large wafer: €4
14/11/2025: The best granitas in Grosseto, delicious gelato, milkshakes, espresso cream, and, of course, hot chocolate. Oh, the waffles! And what about the staff? Special people!! And talented!! We go there often and always with great pleasure.

01/01/2026: This is probably one of my most favorite restaurants in all of Italy! Grandmother and mother in the kitchen. The younger generation out front. You won't get a better home cooked meal in all of Italy! The food is so good, you need to eat in silence and reflect on life! I'm not joking! My soul has never been fed so well and I lose all ability to communicate with others. This place is cozy, intimate, and the food is the best you can find. If it's out of your way, still take the time to try it! You won't be disappointed!!
