Very welcoming place, really great food! I ordered a plate of cured meats (really plentiful) for 2 people and the pumpkin cappellacci seasoned with sage.... Exceptional!

Ferrara has a restaurant where eating also becomes an experience to be shared with everyone present thanks to the owner and his son Frisko who entertain guests with Italian music played masterfully by the guitarists Firsko and dad. Excellent food, family atmosphere and very warm. Well done everyone

Excellent tavern in the center of Ferrara, from cured meats, cappellacci to sweet pumpkin that melt in your mouth, to pasticcio Ferrarese! Advised! The only small note: of the first courses, I would have preferred a slightly larger portion!

Thanks to the good food but also thanks to Frisco who knows how to welcome you and steal a smile from you.... there is no better company. We came to Ferrara from Bologna and came across this excellent typical osteria with old-fashioned furnishings. Highly recommended.

The tavern is very nice and welcoming. The service is really excellent, all the waiters were very kind and helpful. The menu is not very rich but it was easier for me to choose.

Ho organizzato una cena per 25 persone. Tutto perfetto! Ambiente, cibo, vino... Gentilissimo Frisco che ha allietato la serata con la chitarra ed alcune canzoni. Consigliato al 100%!

We had dinner there last night, the reviews looked great, and they certainly did not disappoint!
We shared a huge antipasto platter, local cold cuts and cheese with piadina bread.
Then we had the best cappellacci with ragu and a the night's special, somarino with polenta. Incredible taste and full of flavour!
Nice host, young servers, witty and funny.
Highly recommended first a taste of Ferrara.
