The staff were very kind and the food was delicious. I recommend the pappardelle with wild boar ragout.

We had dinner there last night, the reviews looked great, and they certainly did not disappoint! We shared a huge antipasto platter, local cold cuts and cheese with piadina bread. Then we had the best cappellacci with ragu and a the night's special, somarino with polenta. Incredible taste and full of flavour! Nice host, young servers, witty and funny. Highly recommended first a taste of Ferrara.

The best restaurant in Ferrara! The staff is incredibly friendly and professional. The food was amazing, very tasty and nicely presented. People should come here to see and learn how a restaurant should be run. 😊

Excellent traditional tavern, the dishes are very tasty and well presented. The small kitchen means that waiting times are a little long for the first courses but the friendly and warm service more than makes up for this small flaw and doesn't make it a burden. The value for money is also very good: a first course, a second course, dessert, wine, coffee and bitters €57. I absolutely recommend it!

A beautiful evening of good food, excellent service and the delightful welcome of Sergio the owner who with his son Frisco played and sang at the end of the evening creating a pleasant atmosphere.

Inaspettata serata con un mix di buona cucina e musica. Sotto la direzione di Sergio, ottimamente accompagnato da uno staff di eccellenza, ci siano immersi nella cucina ferrarese. Ovviamente a base di cappelletti. Fine serata musicale molto carino e coinvolgente.

12/02/2025: Small location, the table next to the kitchen was hot, the only other table occupied by a dozen rowdy screamers. Effective table service but nothing was done to quell the troublemakers. Excellent dry Passatelli, game stew too salty, the dish was replaced but the problem was only partially solved.
08/02/2025: Great experience: excellent food, nice venue, friendly and professional staff. The gluten-free offer is also satisfactory.
