Traditional rustic restaurant serving famous Aquerello brand of Canaroli rice grown at rice estate next door. Confirm opening days & hours. Located deep in rice-growing region of Vercelli Italy (Piemonte region.) Fluent Italian speakers would have few problems. Non Italians, bring either Italian friends or hire Italian food guide. Narrow rural country roads passing through countless small townships and no obvious landmarks challenge drivers. Challenge even with working navigation car systems. Worth the time to make this lunch & Tenuta Colombara an all day experience.

This place was a real discovery! We had the seasonal risotto (shrimp and creamed zucchini) and it made us want to come back to try the others! It was delicious, as was the appetizer! We'll definitely be back!

It is not a restaurant, so do not expect gourmet dishes, but all the dishes are genuine, well cooked and tasty. Perfect for those looking for a quick but satisfying lunch. The menu is fixed, changes every day and offers different options between first courses, second courses and side dishes. The place is also a bar, so you can have a coffee or a drink comfortably. The staff is friendly and there is parking nearby, which makes it even more convenient for a stress-free lunch break. Excellent solution for those who work in the area and want to eat well without spending too much.
