The elegantly vintage setting, the live music in the background, and the friendly staff are all pleasant complements to a menu that's always top-notch. The dishes are delicious. Highly recommended.

Authentic and refined Piedmontese cuisine: I loved the Fassona steak tartare with three sauces, followed by the creamy risotto with robiola cheese and sage, with caramelized apricots—a first course that blends delicacy and personality. Fantastic! Welcoming and friendly staff, and very good food. Even if someone skips a course, they bring a small sampler to keep them company. Definitely a place to return to. Plus, there was a pianist who played for most of the evening.

Un ristorante che offre un'ottima cucina con proposte sempre varie, gustose e creative che seguono la stagionalità e vengono presentate con attenzione ai dettagli. Selezione di vini interessante. Servizio impeccabile che viene incontro a ogni esigenza, anche nel caso di alimentazioni particolari o allergie. Una location molto curata, in un ambiente raccolto e tranquillo, dove l'assenza di aria condizionata non si percepisce anche nelle giornate più torride grazie alla presenza di pale a soffitto e alla posizione del locale che garantisce una buona ventilazione naturale.

Sono in difficoltà di fronte a tante recensioni "eccellente". Eccellente vuol dire che hai avuto una bella location, un ottimo servizio e una cucina che ti ha soddisfatto appieno.. La location non si discute, un po' vintage ma di livello.. Il servizio, forse complice il sabato sera, un paio di tavoli che hanno catalizzato l'attenzione.. Non proprio coccolati.. L'attesa di oltre un ora per una portata è insopportabile.. Se sto bene mi fermo a chiacchierare fino a mezzanotte. Ma se devo aspettare un'ora una portata mi passa la fame.. Sul maialino molto salato ci sarebbe da dire ma forse l'attesa aveva compromesso il giudizio.. Ci tornerò in settimana magari.. Qualità e prezzo, va detto, ottimi. Poi quando sei fuori dal coro ti vengono dei dubbi...
