We spent a beautiful evening, the location is wonderful with a panoramic terrace from which you can enjoy a view of Modena at sunset.
The food was good for us, we had dinner with a fixed menu, because it was the evening of traditional flavours, borlenghi to the rhythm of the sax.
Nothing to say about the EXCELLENT service.
Good price, for having an aperitif + dinner..

Stunning location eating at sunset with the whole valley and the lights of Modena... very nice tables set with care... good service and excellent food! It's one of my favorite restaurants!!

In the past I have been to the "cicada" several times and always found it quite good, but this time I was disappointed by the quality of the food (I fear something has changed in the kitchen) and the service (I asked for 3 types of wines which were on the menu but none were available). It's a shame because the place is really nice!!!

Mandatory stop every summer!
Splendid terrace overlooking Modena, ideal for escaping the heat of the city for a while. I recommend trying their torn gnocchi (very special) to pair with cold cuts and cheeses which I find of good quality. Staff always friendly. Average price high but appropriate for the location!

Location meravigliosa con vista sulla pianura.
Poi sinceramente poco altro. Iniziamo coi bocconcini di gnocco fritto ( che si sa qui lo fanno più spesso ) buonino ma accompagnati da una quantità insufficiente di salume.
Poi tortelli , questi veramente scarsi, tagliatelle con prosciutto e bigoli con caponata alquanto asciutti ( Barbieri direbbe un mappazzone ). Discreto il dolce.
Singolare poi il fatto che se vuoi la ricevuta te la mandano via mail (?).
In tanti anni non mi era mai capitato !
Conto abbastanza alto.

Il locale è molto bello, siamo arrivati al tramonto e la vista è meravigliosa.
Piatti buoni e ben fatti,il servizio ottimo.
Un pò lunga l'attesa tra una portata e l'altra.
Ma merita, sicuramente torneremo!! Complimenti
