Very nice and welcoming tavern, we had a very good appetizer, the polenta carbonada, the polenta was tasty, while the chamois tasted like nothing at all, and then a tanning polenta, so and so.... the service was attentive and fast. ... prices a little higher, but we are in Cogne and the prices are the same as other restaurants....

Spectacular location and lunch!
We couldn't have chosen a better place for a typical Aosta Valley lunch.
A trio of their polenta, the purple gnocchi and the unforgettable fondue accompanied by an excellent wine were spectacular dishes.
Definitely a culinary experience worth repeating.

Dinner was absolutely delicious, we regret not having been able to taste the local wines. If you happen to dine at the Cave de Cogne, absolutely get the trio of delicious polenta.

Our favorite restaurant in Cogne: high quality food, very attentive service, great recommendations of wines and spirits.
We particularly liked the fact that when it comes to the food, they pay more attention to the product quality and presentation than to the quantity. Because the regional dishes tend to be heavy and cheese-heavy, the size of the plates was completely sufficient!

I was on holiday with my family and we didn't know where to go to eat and we jumped in a bit blindly without informing ourselves. It was a very pleasant surprise. Warm and welcoming environment, friendly staff and good food. Also highly recommended for the choice of wines
