Simply excellent! From the welcome to the service. Gabriele and his staff were fantastic! Fast, precise, perfect. Excellent food and an endless variety of wines by the glass or bottle. The carbonara was spectacular, the platters were excellent, and the char carpaccio was special. Well done guys! We'll definitely see you again!

Very good address with a menu that makes you want to come back! The wine list is very interesting. The service is impeccable and the icing on the cake: super dog friendly! At our table we were waiting for a bowl of water and quality treats for our dachshund! This attention is really great 🥰

Good food and cosy restaurant to sit inside!

Very well looked after. We arrived as a couple with a 2 year old child, they provided us with a plastic glass and cutlery and a basket with some toys, a priceless service for those with children. The menu, while maintaining the Aosta Valley tradition, also offers less elaborate dishes with zero km ingredients, which is also very much appreciated. Prices slightly above average, as well as the care of the dishes and the service, so it's fair! We will definitely be back, thank you!

Siamo stati a pranzo in questa vineria. Abbiamo mangiato tagliatelle al ragù di cervo, un tris di polenta con fontina, bleu d'Aosta e carbonada di camoscio. Per dolce una crema di Cogne e i bignè con mascarpone e coulis di frutti di bosco. La selvaggina è stata una delle migliori assaggiare per esecuzione e cottura e qui per me il ristorante si merita già il giudizio massimo. Le polente erano molto buone così come pure i tagliolini. La crema di Cogne ben eseguita e buoni anche i bignè anche se a mio giudizio l'accoppiata di bignè al mascarpone con l'acido dei frutti di bosco non esalta non esalta il dolce del bignè. Il servizio ineccepibile veramente al top. A mio gusto personale avrei apprezzato di più una tovaglia in tessuto al posto delle tovagliette di carta. I prezzi sono onesti. La cucina è posizionata dietro una vetrata e così si può apprezzare ordine e pulizia. Un locale esclusivo. Sono davvero entusiasta e ogni volta che andrò a Cogne ci tornerò sicuramente. Bravissimi davvero....10 e lode.

A due passi dall’ Hotel Sant’ Orso ( stessa proprietà) il locale offre un’ ottima cucina sia per un aperitivo che per una cena completa. Ottima la scelta di piatti e di cantina. Gentile il personale ed accogliente ed informale l’ambiente nel suo complesso.
