Good restaurant, excellent wine selection and carefully prepared dishes, with high-quality products. The staff were friendly and helpful; even without a reservation, they found a solution for us, which isn't for everyone.

We spent three days in Cogne and had lunch at La Cave every day. The food was excellent quality, and the chef really knew his stuff. A nice bonus was the abundance of local products! Our absolute favorites were the homemade gnocchi with Bleu du Val d'Aosta cheese and the panna cotta. We didn't buy any wine, but they have a very wide selection of good bottles, both wines and liqueurs. Gabriele kindly gave our son a small souvenir.

The food is high-quality, cooked to perfection. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, and their dedication and professionalism are paramount. If you're visiting Cogne, this is a must-visit.

I have been to this ristorante several times recently and I have never been disappointed with the service and food. A must go to ristorante in Cogne.

Yesterday we had lunch at this restaurant and were truly impressed. The location is splendid, with attention to detail, and a welcoming and refined atmosphere that invites you to enjoy your meal at a leisurely pace. The service was impeccable: the staff were attentive, friendly, and always ready to accommodate every need without being intrusive. As for the food, everything was truly exquisite: beautifully presented dishes, fresh, quality ingredients, balanced flavors, and attention to every detail. We appreciated the attention to flavor combinations, which made the dining experience truly memorable. A nice detail that made our visit even more enjoyable: we discovered that the manager, Gabriele, is from the same village as us in the Milanese hinterland—what a small world! In short, a restaurant we highly recommend to those seeking excellence, atmosphere, and customer service. We can't wait to return!

We had a wonderful time; the wines were excellent, as were the dishes. The servers were particularly friendly. My pregnant partner and I were very touched by the gift (a bib from the osteria) we received when we paid. Thank you for a lovely evening. Italian class at its finest.
