Very characteristic place. We had lunch as a couple with polenta with chamois carbonara and a venison sirloin. Everything delicious. Price appropriate to the quality

Very welcoming environment. Inside there is a beautiful room with fireplace. Stylish furnishings. The cuisine is fantastic, with typical Aosta Valley flavours. I recommend polenta with chamois carbonada spiced with cloves. We also tried the gnocchi with Piedmont hazelnuts and the venison. All dishes with game, including venison, are cooked with skill, the meat remains tender, the flavor strong but not cloying, thanks to the combinations chosen by the chef, the cinnamon tones down the very strong flavor of the meat. I recommend letting the sommelier guide you in choosing the wine. We chose a wine made from local vines from a small winery "la Plantze", a full-bodied, woody wine, a perfect match. Leave a place for desserts! Lunch to remember. Thank you

Very nice establishment, very neat with quality service. The dishes presented are very good, including the carbonara pasta and the gnochis. The house takes care of the selection of these products and this is reflected on the plate. Like the selection of wines present in the place which is worth the detour just as gin lovers should find what they are looking for there.

Warm, welcoming and elegant place in the center of Cogne, where you can enjoy a meal or even just have an aperitif.
Sale of local wines, liqueurs and bitters.
The tartare is good, the Aosta Valley carbonara is excellent. The tagliatelle with wild boar ragù was a little less so, as they were too full of oil (or fat) and residual water, which perhaps escaped. Good Cogne cream to conclude the experience.
Wide selection of wines to pair with the dishes.
Price in line with the average for the area. Advised.

The restaurant has a really extensive wine selection, and our choice of wine was very successful. The food is a fusion of local dishes tastefully presented, with a variety to suit almost everyone, with meat, fish, and vegetarian options. (We are a family of 5 and ordered a selection of dishes. All were great)
The owner and staff made a big effort to make sure we were pleased.
The prices are fair for the quality of food and overall experience.
It's a classy place.
We will visit again next time we come to Cogne.
