I'm in mourning... The best pizzeria ever! The entire staff is wonderful! Everyone is attentive, kind, and smiling. The gluten-free pizza is spectacular, and the regular one is simply stunning! Unfortunately, the sword of Damocles has fallen, decreeing its closure. It's truly a shame, especially for all the staff who will be laid off after making this pizzeria what it is.

It's a shame, despite the beautiful location, there are major problems with the pizzas: long waits, and they always arrive lukewarm. After several attempts, I don't think I'll be back... too bad!

I went last weekend, incredible atmosphere among all the workers, incredible service and nothing to say about the food, the incredible grill, compliments Stefano on the service, to Sebastian on the mixed grill, and Leonardo with the pasta with octopus ragù!

Ristorante Pizzeria Hotel Cigno

15/01/2026: The rooms are clean and tidy, but the furnishings are somewhat worn, so you'd immediately think they're good value for money in terms of aesthetics. Aside from that, I'd appreciate the late check-in and the hospitality and professionalism. I had a great night's sleep on the comfortable bed with soft pillows, a warm room, and a working bathroom. I would have given it a 5 if the price were slightly lower, since you can find even modern 4s with huge rooms for that price. I don't understand the point of the loud TV on the outside wall facing the street; in my opinion, it just creates a disturbance.
01/01/2026: The rooms are very nice, clean, and tidy. They even provide cookies, and it's very technologically advanced. The staff is super friendly and helpful, and it's in a great location, but the restaurant is separate from the rooms, so in the morning you have to walk a short distance to get there.
