I have to give a rating only if you have dishes, since I didn't stay there.
I still give 3 stars but,
the hare still had a wild flavor and certainly accompanying it with herbs can only enhance this aspect. The poor mixed starter, nothing special, two fried things (because fried everything is better), the fassona carpaccio, had to be cut thinly, not raw pieces, but sold well, saying that it had been smoked, an aspect that is not absolutely felt both by taste and smell. Let's say that it is a place that can be considered a simple trattoria like those around the house, rather than a real restaurant.

Review only on the restaurant.
We were there for Christmas lunch with some relatives and for a Sunday lunch with the family. I must say that we were all pleasantly surprised by the welcome, the professionalism and the enthusiasm with which all the staff do their utmost for a job that has always been a passion. We have been friends and fellow villagers for a long time and we feel great respect for those like them who demonstrate willpower and refinement which we find in every dish enjoyed on these occasions. I invite everyone to try their cuisine, authentic to the territory. More than generous portions and maximum attention to customer needs. Thanks to all of you and see you soon!

We stayed for one night, clean and quiet room, comfortable mattress. We also had dinner, what can I say, an excellent dinner, a spectacular appetizer and the risotto, the best we have ever eaten.

La Castellana è un posto dove sei sicuro di mangiare bene. Il menù che cambia periodicamente, propone sempre piatti molto curati e di ottima qualità. Ad ogni mia visita non rimango mai deluso. Inoltre il personale è sempre molto gentile e accogliente.
