Very nice place with a lovely fire burning on a rainy day.
Top service: smiling, friendly, very fast, and professional waitresses.
Abundant, but above all, quality food.
Highly recommended. The prices are good considering the quality of the products offered.

A morning at Union Moda and it's 1:30 PM. Where to eat? We try the place across the street: Cascina delle Rose. A wedding venue but also an all-day option with an à la carte menu. A display of barrels, a fattening tractor, and a swimming pool after entering the restaurant already give you a sense of the restaurant's atmosphere. You enter the old farmhouse, which still seems a bit dark compared to the outside. Little natural light, but plenty of artificial light. Anyway, we were seated right away. The waiters were very attentive and friendly. Service was quick. The dishes with a good truffle were delicious. The truffle carbonara was delicious. Outside, a beautiful, dimly lit park with a children's playground, though not overly maintained. Next door, a closed ceremony room. Overall, a nice surprise.

Unlucky lunch. I believe and hope it was just a fluke.
A welcoming restaurant divided into two rooms, excluding any outdoor seating that wasn't used due to the heat.
We sat down at 12:30 and shortly after handed our electronic order to the very kind waiter. We opted for a cold cuts and cheese platter, a truffle frittata, and two first courses of tagliatelle with meat sauce.
We were served a hot piadina, as well as a basket of bread slices. The platter was decent, and the frittata with summer truffle was good. So far, everything was fine... too bad that at 1:30 PM the tagliatelle still hadn't arrived. We asked, but... at 1:50 PM, after an excessive and unjustified wait, we decided to leave, and at that moment, already at the cashier, they told us that the tagliatelle were ready. We thanked him and declined, and the owner, who was at the cash register for the bill, also surprised by the delay in service, removed the two tagliatelle from the bill but did nothing else. The place was busy, which means it's well-regarded in the area, hence a likely personal misfortune that wasn't alleviated in the slightest, even with a simple attempt to offer, I don't know, at least a coffee.

A well-maintained restaurant with a well-kept exterior and convenient parking.
We ordered two starters, so I can't rate the meat, but the cappellacci stuffed with parmigiana were truly delicious. The prices were a little higher than average in the area, but nothing too outrageous.
The professionalism and, above all, courtesy of the young woman who served us added value to our meal.

Torno in questo locale dopo tanti anni e ritrovo tutto quanto ottimo come ricordavo, anzi di più. Ottima location, staff di ragazze in sala eccezionali, simpatiche, veloci e professionali. Offerta menù varia, genuina, tradizionale con una moltitudine di prodotti di zona. Qualità materie prime alta, presentazione dei piatti curata ed .... abbondante. Ottima lista vini. Dolci di produzione propria....da leccarsi le dita. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Noi abbiamo preso un tagliere misto salumi e formaggi con crescia di Urbino, dei tortellini fatti a mano con tartufo nero e dei passatelli asciutti con pomodorini rossi/gialli, funghi e guanciale croccante. Per finire un bignè ripieno di gelato alla vaniglia, con amarene di Cantiano su letto di cioccolato fondente. Non è avanzato niente. Torneremo altre volte per provare altri piatti.
