Nice place, quality ingredients, average pizza, but it didn't wow me. A bit pricey for what they offer.

Extremely friendly staff. My husband and I had a table under the porch and I suffered a bit from the heat. Excellent raw material. For my tastes the pizza is too thin, even if with a high edge. The rosebud for me was too cooked, good zabaglione

I have eaten better pizzas at lower prices, definitely overrated, to all the pizza lovers who write that it is Neapolitan pizza, know that the one they make at the cascina is contemporary pizza, a dinghy edge and a tomato pond in the center

Particolarmente incuriositi dalla proposta del Menù Degustazione Pizza, abbiamo trovato molto interessanti gli abbinamenti di ingredienti non consueti come per esempio il topinambur, il capocollo e la pancetta cotta. Ottima selezione di birre e vini.
Veramente interessante per una pizzeria è il livello del servizio e l’attenzione per il cliente che assomiglia ad un ristorante di livello piuttosto che a quello di una pizzeria, sebbene molto rinomata. Ogni pizza proposta viene descritta nei minimi dettagli da cameriere molto gentile e preparato.
Prezzo elevato ma a mio parere adeguato rispetto all’esperienza.
