We went to Inedito, not Cascina dei Sapori, even though they're part of the same group.
The staff was truly courteous; we felt pampered without feeling heavy.
The pizzas were delicious with top-notch ingredients.
The tiramisu was fabulous; only the Torta di Rose didn't mess up my hair, but I have pretty high standards for those.
The choice of focaccia to start with, the caramelized popcorn, and the biscotti with coffee only confirmed our first impressions.
Truly well done.

In my opinion, this is the best pizzeria in Brescia. Excellent ingredients, great dough, and attentive, friendly staff. From appetizers to dessert, everything is superb. Absolutely worth a try!

I went to eat pizza at "La Cascina dei Sapori," attracted in part by the fact that it had been confirmed as one of the best pizzerias in the world. I ordered a "Margherita Bufala" and wasn't satisfied: the dough wasn't very fragrant, and the tomato sauce was also acidic.
Another thing I found didn't live up to its reputation was the cold plate; the pizza itself quickly got cold. Maybe I wouldn't have noticed it at another place, but here, given its reputation, I noticed it right away.
No complaints about the excellent quality of the service and the overall atmosphere.

Good pizza with top-quality ingredients. Attentive customer service. Pleasant atmosphere. Above-average prices. Limited dessert selection. I would have liked a tablecloth on the table rather than a rather clunky cutlery rest.

A 51-minute wait for a pizza is way too long. Considering it was a Monday night, it's even more exaggerated. The pizza is good, and there's nothing wrong with the quality of the ingredients (which is reflected in the price—a pizza costs €20), but the wait was truly excessive. Add to that the lack of parking and the rainy evening, and you get a cocktail of discomfort that would be enough to call it a terrible experience.
