Hospitality beyond 5 stars...excellent food...highly recommended to everyone

Cheap and cheerful family restaurant. Filling meals with close attention to flavour. I will be going back here!

We wanted to visit Certaldo but when we arrived at midday we stopped for lunch at Trattoria La Casalinga, a small place where you can eat well using local products and rigorously made according to tradition. To start we had some bruschetta as an appetizer followed by the baked rabbit and the veal with Certaldo onions. All amazing dishes. The owners are very kind and super helpful. We had a good time, it's a shame about the road works which penalize their work, as the road is currently closed for works just as tourism begins. However, I recommend it to everyone, the price is normal.
