Let me start by saying that I have been a frequent visitor for years, for work reasons and not only, and a lover of Tyrolean and Bavarian cuisine. It wasn't easy to recreate a Bavarian beer garden in Versilia, yet the conditions are all there: the outdoor tables, the internal environments, the menu. The beers are good (also a wide selection of local and particular beers, as we Italians like). The dishes, obviously, cannot always be reproduced in the best possible way due to the evident difficulty in finding the raw materials: some are absolutely very good (excellent sausages, in various types as well as the shank etc...), others personally impressed me disappointed (we need to work on the sauerkraut, the kartoffelsalat on the other hand is really wrong) the desserts unfortunately leave a bit of a bad taste in the mouth (the krapfen and the accompanying cream are both too industrial, the strudel doesn't excite...). It was Saturday night and it was summer, so maybe that didn't help. So overall: a place absolutely worth promoting and trying, very polite and helpful staff, good service but also a cuisine that needs improvement. I will come back to try other dishes.
Ottimo ,cortesia e possibilità per chi è vegetariano di mangiare . Posto bello . Ampio spazio . Servizio impeccabile. Bella atmosfera e d'estate fuori si sta da dio.
