A great experience. Reception and tour cool and educational. Then super tasting of the Prosciutto. Top quality! Definitely do if you are in the area.

The restaurant exudes authentic charm – traditional, cozy, and decorated with great attention to detail. The San Daniele ham was a poem: wafer-thinly sliced, perfectly cured, and with an aroma you won't soon forget. We tried the platter with three different pieces of ham. It was served with an excellent white wine from the region, which complemented the flavors wonderfully. The service is particularly noteworthy: incredibly warm, attentive, and with true Italian hospitality. You feel welcome from the very first moment. The recommendation of the house was spot on – you immediately notice that the people here are passionate about their work. The dessert was even served warm, as if it had come straight from the oven. If you're in the region, you shouldn't miss this culinary experience. We'll definitely be back!

Fantastic tasting of prosciutto from an excellent company. For me it is essential to return at least once a year.

Historic and small artisanal ham factory in its 5th generation. The visit was exhaustive and the ham tasted was sublime, also excellent is the ham speck that they produce with the legs too small to become hams. A flaw? The cost of the small glass of grappa. There were 7 of us friends and we all appreciated the visit, punctual and lunch, we were also pleased to see the entire Alberti family serving at the restaurant at lunchtime.
