We visited the prosciutto factory, where they still make small batches using artisanal methods.
Really interesting, everything was well organized, and our guide, Chiara, was truly excellent.
Followed by a delicious meal of prosciutto and other cured meats at their restaurant.
Reasonable price.
Worth a visit.

Just one word... Spectacular! The staff were incredibly kind and friendly. We ordered the tasting platter and, aside from a mixed platter of speck and salami, everything was truly delicious. We found the prices to be fair considering the quality of the products served. Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back!

I visited this wonderful place for the first time on Saturday, August 16th, and I must say it was a perfect choice. We had booked inside, which I must say was a good thing, given the African heat outside. The food was exceptional throughout, and the waiters were extremely friendly. The price was reasonable for the quality of the ingredients. We'll definitely be back in the future. Reservations are required.
