A truly exciting experience. I highly recommend the tour, which allows you to truly experience the tradition of an ancient process with a detailed explanation. The tasting was truly excellent, absolutely worth the trip. Thank you for everything.

First time with the whole family (my husband, I, and two children aged 5 and 9) where we were able to discover the processes of our delicious San Daniele prosciutto and its history through a guided tour, by reservation and only on weekends, plus a tasting. What can I say? Punctual, welcoming staff. Very clean environment. Guided tour of about 30 minutes, suitable for everyone! Quality raw materials. Worth it!

I went to a tasting today and I have to say that I would have added more stars for the service... very kind staff, ready to help... everyone was very good and kind... I wanted to take some photos and a girl came out and opened the cellar for me to take photos... compliments to all the staff, it's rare to find such kind staff today.

26/12/2025: Unique and exclusive experience. Welcoming place... elegant atmosphere and friendly staff. Very high quality cuisine... and attention to every single detail. It was recommended to us by a winery in the Collio Gorizia area, below Mount Sabotino, that we have known for three years, and we always go there when we are in Friuli... Recommended place and an experience to repeat... Congratulations to everyone.
18/12/2025: Gorgeous venue, quiet and away from the hustle and bustle. The atmosphere is welcoming and well-maintained, tastefully decorated. Outdoor seating is also available during the summer months. Ample parking and plenty of greenery surround the venue. Dishes are carefully served, of high quality, with a wide selection of wines and meats. The staff is very friendly and helpful in describing the dishes.
