Lunch with a cutting board of excellent ham of three types accompanied by warm bread, Friulian cheeses and various side dishes. Very kind staff with the attentive direction of the "host". I also bought take-away with freshness-saving packaging. Beautiful to see the traditions that are maintained with joy and professionalism.

We went for lunch on Sunday, me and Sofia my partner. We returned after a year because the memory was excellent on the first occasion. Thanks to all the staff, truly unique, always smiling and courteous. Very high quality of the ham, even on the side dishes there is research, they are not the usual things "thrown" at the table...artichokes, tomatoes in oil, giardiniera...they are first fruits, simplicity and goodness. The winning key.
A huge thank you also for fulfilling a particular request of mine!
You are spectacular and we will come back to see you... shame about the two hour journey, otherwise we would always be with you!

Molto interessante la visita guidata al prosciuttificio, il pranzo alla annessa osteria e’ stato memorabile. Impeccabile il servizio (grazie Chiara per gli ottimi consigli), il prosciutto, nei suoi vari tagli, uno spettacolo. Ottimo anche il vino e i dolci tipici. Atmosfera familiare. Da ritornare assolutamente.

Fantastico. Già stato due anni fa e si è ripetuta la fantastica esperienza del Crudo di San Daniele. Ci hanno spiegato le differenze dei tre tagli le differenze di dolcezza e di sapore ed è stata un esperienza del palato meravigliosa. La prossima volta voglio sicuramente visitare anche i locali dove vengono preparati questi fantastici prosciutti
