A very interesting experience: the guided tour of the ham factory was very well organized, and the guide was available to answer questions and curiosities.
The environment was clean and very well-maintained.

We were there yesterday for lunch, and they seated us on the heated terrace, which was very beautiful.
The staff was very kind in accommodating our request for a little more space at the table, adding one.
Spectacular ham, delicious gubana.

An experience that captivates all the senses. As soon as you step inside, you're enveloped by the intense aroma of prosciutto that instantly makes your mouth water.
The anticipation builds... and is well worth it!
The prosciutto is extraordinary: exquisite, delicate, the best I've ever eaten. When the platters arrive, it's impossible to resist; each slice is pure poetry, inevitably leading to another, until you forget everything else.
Unfortunately, we weren't able to make the visit because we booked late, but we'll definitely be back: both to relive this pleasure and to complete the experience!
