I have already been there several times and I confirm that it is absolutely one of the top hams I have ever tasted, perhaps the best. Paired with high-level Friulano DOC, in conclusion, an absolute must-visit.

Beautiful experience! We took a guided tour of the ham factory and then had lunch, enjoying the various cuts of raw ham they produce. All accompanied by excellent local wine.

As always they outdid themselves and stood out for their kindness and hospitality as well as obviously for the very high quality of each dish. When we return to La casa Del Prosciutto we always feel at home, so we can only continue to thank them for how they make us feel.

Molto interessante la visita guidata al prosciuttificio, il pranzo alla annessa osteria e’ stato memorabile. Impeccabile il servizio (grazie Chiara per gli ottimi consigli), il prosciutto, nei suoi vari tagli, uno spettacolo. Ottimo anche il vino e i dolci tipici. Atmosfera familiare. Da ritornare assolutamente.

Fantastico. Già stato due anni fa e si è ripetuta la fantastica esperienza del Crudo di San Daniele. Ci hanno spiegato le differenze dei tre tagli le differenze di dolcezza e di sapore ed è stata un esperienza del palato meravigliosa. La prossima volta voglio sicuramente visitare anche i locali dove vengono preparati questi fantastici prosciutti Da ripetere

31/01/2025: Exceptional!! Tommy and Anto's spirit is priceless!! Best coffee in Udine, the pasticciotto and the Neapolitan pastierina are fabulous!! Also worth trying is the cuisine with freshly made sandwiches and casatiello!! Top!!
