La Cartiera dei Benandanti In Monghidoro

We slept one night at La Cartiera with a 4 month old baby and a dog. It was really pleasant, the place is lovely, the welcome was perfect and the food was delicious! All ingredients are produced by them on the farm. We will definitely be back!

A wonderful place run by lovely people. I arrived here last night with my camper and I received an exceptional welcome and service. Think that during the day my cat took a day off in the middle of the woods and since I couldn't find him everyone took action to help me several times during the day by looking for him in the woods with me. In the end we found it thanks above all to their help. I also enjoyed their zero km cuisine, everything produced by them was fantastic, from cheeses to meats from first courses to desserts. In the field in front of the farm you can see the cows from which the meat is produced. All the vegetables come from the garden and even the desserts are made with fresh milk from their cows. A wonderful river flows in front of their wonderful stone house where it is possible to bathe or enjoy the beautiful trekking routes present in the land. There was no water in my camper and I was also allowed to take a splendid shower in their farmhouse. A place definitely to be recommended and to which I will return to carve out a moment of peace and relaxation. Thank you all so much, I hope to see you again soon.

Ieri 11 luglio 2024 mia mamma ha compiuto 90 ANNI..... e quale più bel regalo che portarla a pranzo qui. Tutto genuino e fatto con amore e semplicità. Ti portano tutto quello che hanno pronto come menù del giorno. Si può pranzare anche all'esterno ,però era troppo caldo. Un ringraziamento particolare alla signora Elisabetta e a sua figlia che ci ha coccolati dall'inizio alla fine!! Porzioni abbondanti e non è caro. Consiglio la prenotazione

Eaten following a First Communion, dry and slightly greasy crescentine 🔝, mixed with cured meats and vegetables. All good, but I'll be back to try the rest.

If you love nature, you are in very good hands here. Very lovable operators of the farm. Rooms were very clean and the food tasted good. Breakfast everything you need, pastries and delicious ham. Thanks for the stay.

Stalla ristrutturata a DOC ottimo cibo e ottima l'accoglienza. Menù fisso e semplice. Prodotti casalinghi, carne e formaggio delle loro mucche felici. Da provare....

The lady welcomed us as if she had always known us. The environment is rustic and very comfortable, we loved it. The room was truly cuddly, warm and with a TV. Dinner was typical and plentiful and so was breakfast. The outside is also beautiful to enjoy especially in summer.

we came here for a green escape, although the neighboring towns offer nothing, the experience on the farm was truly pleasant and relaxing... what struck us in particular was the hospitality of the owners. our booking included half board, so dinner and breakfast included... the quality and quantity were excellent, everything locally produced! I recommend you try the "Tenerina" made by them at all costs... it's something truly excellent... Thanks and see you next time
