One of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. The steak was exceptional – tender, perfectly cooked, and easily among the best I’ve ever tasted. The wine was chosen with real care and paired beautifully with the meal. Service was quick, attentive, and never intrusive, which made the evening flow effortlessly.
I left already planning my next visit – La Carbonaia 90 is a place I’ll definitely return to.

Excellent place to eat meat, the waiter is very joking. Don't confuse this with antipathy, it's really ironic. The wine list is quality. The price is high, but it's commensurate with the quality offered.

For those who want to eat excellent meat at a very fair price, this is the place to go. I've been going there for years. Never once has the meat been anything less than flavorful and cooked just right. The appetizers and first courses never disappoint. The Cannonau served as the house wine is excellent. The wine list is adequate for the restaurant. Highly recommended.

My favorite place to eat good meat... I think the mushrooms on the menu have an asterisk to indicate that they may be frozen because I imagine they are not always available, but this time they were fresh, delicious, and beautiful porcini mushrooms displayed in a basket, visible as well as the brazier at the entrance where you can watch the meat you eat being cooked... very high quality with helpful and friendly staff, without frills but very kind.

Want to eat a proper Florentine steak? Come to La Carbonaia. The quality is incredible, the wine cellar is exceptional, the appetizers (the cold cuts and crostini are recommended), the first courses—everything is delicious. The kidney is excellent (hard to find cooked well), and the side vegetables are excellent (I recommend the broccoli rabe). The meat is not only spectacular to look at, it's also delicious, always cooked to perfection, flavorful, and tender.
