I went to this restaurant with friends on a Saturday evening in December. The restaurant is a trattoria, simple furnishings, personal, kind and approachable. The restaurant specializes in medium meat portions, service times, perhaps not very fast, but all forgivable given the taste of the dishes served. I will definitely go back. It is absolutely necessary to book and you have to be careful that it is not easy to find parking in the surrounding area

Restaurant packed with tables
They put us in a mini table, there were two plates and little else (I had my elbow practically resting on cutlery and glasses which are then used to set the tables... hygiene??)
Risotto with osso buco good nothing to say..
the tagliatelle was a joke to say the least!! They tried to go to the corner of Via Ripamonti to understand how to make a cut!!
Honestly never again…

It's just a local place, so don't worry and go~!~! Milan is not an expensive place in Europe, so I highly recommend it.

I took the Fiorentina together with my wife (1.5 kg). I'm just saying that it was too little. My wife, who doesn't eat excessive quantities of meat, practically mauled it... Especially for the preparation, done by someone who in my opinion is irreplaceable in that restaurant. The space is a bit small but it's really worth it. TRY IT!!! You will never be able to eat other meat with the same satisfaction again!

Comida increíble y un servicio increíble a un precio razonable!
Mi pareja y yo fuimos aquí para nuestra primera noche en Milán y tan pronto como entramos sabíamos que iba a ser bueno porque estaba lleno de italianos locales.
Entramos directamente sin ninguna reserva, a pesar de que el lugar estaba ocupado un jueves por la noche y el servicio era increíble comida y bebidas fueron sacados rápido, así que no hay espera alrededor.
Recomiendo 100%, una experiencia italiana tradicional adecuada, sin duda volveremos antes de irnos 🇮🇹

Vado alla carbonaia 90 da più di 20 anni, sono un amante della carne e da quanto dicono la cucino anche da dio ma quando vado alla carbonaia c lascio sempre un pezzo di cuore! Posso assicurarvi che è la miglior fiorentina della Lombardia e da orgasmo, vino buono patatine fritte da buonissime, il proprietario come tutto lo staff sono gentili e professionali, lo consiglio vivamente! Prezzi onestissimi
