The food here was absolutely delicious. We had the roasted aubergine with cheese and tomato sauce as an appetizer and the flavours were exceptional and I had the gluten free bolognese pasta and the noodles were delicious, the sauce especially was incredible. Overall, some of the best food that Ive had in Italy and a must visit for everyone

Handmade gluten-free tortellini! Each fresh gluten-free pasta is handmade directly by the restaurant staff.
The AIC certified venue is located in a courtyard.
The staff are super welcoming and friendly, you can really see the effort they put into every dish.
I am celiac and I assure you of a delicious typical Bolognese meal!
I ate here twice (dinner and lunch) and it was all delicious.
The tortellini with meat sauce and broth are fantastic!
Highly recommended!

Today I spent my birthday with my girlfriend (celiac) and I also ordered gluten free and was amazed. Gluten-free menu that does not deviate from the classic and therefore has all the best dishes of the Emilian tradition. We had the lasagna Bolognese and the balanzoni filled with mortadella and ricotta with chopped pistachios and I have to be honest it is the best lasagna I have ever eaten both with and without gluten and the balanzoni were excellent. Super helpful and welcoming staff and we were served very quickly. Super recommended whatever your dietary needs. We will definitely be back.

The first time in my entire life that I ate delicious dishes to say the least, finally gluten-free (I have been celiac for 12 years) without precluding anything. Fantastic experience, rating 10 and praise. I recommend the green lasagna and the balanzoni stuffed with ricotta and mirtadella with chopped pistachios.

One of the best gluten free restaurants I've ever eaten at. Right from the start you are asked if you need a gluten-free menu (one menu, not two or three options as is usual in many restaurants). The fantastic gluten-free bread, and the excellent fried gnocco. For main meals, typical and very good proposals. All the gluten free desserts were also present.
Fantastic experience and super helpful staff, I will definitely return.

We came to Bologna for two days from Rome, we booked this restaurant before leaving because there were a lot of us, 12, with six children and two dogs. Plus our friend has celiac disease so we needed to make sure the restaurant was perfect. This one however was more than perfect, I'm sorry that there are only five stars because it deserves many more! It is indescribable how kind and helpful they were, attentive to all our dishes, to the explanation of the individual dishes, to the fact that no one touched the celiac girl's food with their cutlery, kind to the children, to the two little dogs, they even made us a dessert to take away since in the evening we were having dinner elsewhere and were looking for a celiac dessert, the girl who looked after us in every way was Chiara, I hope everyone finds a serious and reliable girl like her in your restaurant, if you go ask of her, if you can get her to serve you it would be the best! SUPERLATIVE FOOD!

Locale in centro a Bologna, situato in una antica corte, offre una serie di antipasti e primi, un paio di secondi e qualche contorni, sia in versione normale che gluten free.
Tutto delizioso a partire dal pane (quasi non sembrava pane x celiaci), gustoso e croccante, per non parlare delle crescentine, morbidissime e leggere seppur fritte. Deliziosi i primi (speciali i tortelli al gorgonzola e pere).
Ho pranzato divinamente pur non mangiando carne, essendo disponibili opzioni vegetariane (ottima la torretta di melanzane come anche gli spinaci al burro), nonostante Bologna, come l’Emilia Romagna in generale, sia molto orientata nei menu su carne e salumi.

Nel centro di Bologna si trova questo ristorante che offre cucina tipica senza glutine.
Abbiamo preso crescentine con salumi ( buone le crescentine, un pó meno i salumi), buoni i tortellini e ottime le lasagne verdi.
Pasta fresca fatta in casa tutti i giorni.
Erano presenti anche vari dolci, che però non abbiamo provato.
Prezzi un po’ sopra la media.
