La Capriata In Bologna

Locale in centro a Bologna, situato in una antica corte, offre una serie di antipasti e primi, un paio di secondi e qualche contorni, sia in versione normale che gluten free. Tutto delizioso a partire dal pane (quasi non sembrava pane x celiaci), gustoso e croccante, per non parlare delle crescentine, morbidissime e leggere seppur fritte. Deliziosi i primi (speciali i tortelli al gorgonzola e pere). Ho pranzato divinamente pur non mangiando carne, essendo disponibili opzioni vegetariane (ottima la torretta di melanzane come anche gli spinaci al burro), nonostante Bologna, come l’Emilia Romagna in generale, sia molto orientata nei menu su carne e salumi.

Nel centro di Bologna si trova questo ristorante che offre cucina tipica senza glutine. Abbiamo preso crescentine con salumi ( buone le crescentine, un pó meno i salumi), buoni i tortellini e ottime le lasagne verdi. Pasta fresca fatta in casa tutti i giorni. Erano presenti anche vari dolci, che però non abbiamo provato. Prezzi un po’ sopra la media.

Never was a more appropriate choice for a business dinner with 6 other colleagues, one of whom has celiac disease. Very kind, attentive staff, always available and never intrusive. Quality raw materials, excellent dishes and impeccable management of celiac disease, complete with a dedicated menu. Private and welcoming environment. A small oasis of peace in the center of Bologna. I recommend to everyone. I will be back soon to try all the delicacies. I forgot: Tortellini with Bolognese ragù divine ❤️

I really appreciated finding the same menu: normal and gluten free. It is with this particularity that the celiac does not feel "different" as a person who has to give up the good. Well done

Exceptional food, kind and polite service, not intrusive, welcoming place. A true paradise for celiacs: we tried the fried gnocco, tagliatelle, lasagna and schnitzel, all gluten-free. Highly recommended!!

5* must for gluten free and non gluten free. ALL the menu is gluten free including all the desserts. You get handed a delicious basket of gluten free bread too- the best ever! I had bolognaise tortellini and strawberry tiramisu, plus wine and water, €35.50

I ate at this restaurant for lunch. My friend and I wanted to grab a quick first course and quickly resume our visit to Bologna. We came across this restaurant with a fairly rich menu displayed outside and we decided to go in. The experience could be very good or terrible depending on the table you are assigned. We were taken to the lower floor where the temperature was certainly lower. We didn't realize it straight away but during the meal the cold was annoying. The room is apparently heated with an electric heater placed almost in the center of the room but not sufficient. The room is also very dark and the services definitely need to be renovated. In my opinion that room should not be used in these conditions. The upstairs is a warm and decidedly more comfortable environment and I think this is essential when you go out to eat. The service was a little slow and messy but let's give the benefit of the doubt on this...Sunday lunch and a full place don't help so a bit of confusion may have been caused by this. As for the cuisine, however, I can say that the tortellini with meat sauce and the tagliatelle were truly excellent. Furthermore, the kitchen has a menu for celiacs. The bill was acceptable even though I reluctantly paid the 3 euro cover charge per person due to the cold. In short, if you want to go there the food is excellent (at least for what we tasted) but avoid the room on the lower floor.

Handmade gluten-free crescents and pasta of indescribable goodness. For a moment I forgot about celiac disease! Very courteous and attentive staff.
