The restaurant was very hot without air conditioning, and eating there was unpleasant. They had fans, but they didn't cope with the heat. Even the waiters were sweaty, and it wasn't pleasant to see them. We hope they invest in making the atmosphere more comfortable, because the food was very good. I recommend it for the food and the kindness of the waiters. I don't recommend it for the location.

As a native of Puglia, I think this is our best experience in Puglia in recent memory. The location is warm, welcoming, and elegant at the same time. The food is of the highest quality, all natural and locally sourced, with traditional Apulian dishes, one after another, ready to amaze. And the service is punctual, welcoming, informative, and always present. An excellence.
