Very nice restaurant with a pleasant atmosphere, we had a great time. The dishes are excellent and plentiful, the service is warm and the waiters very kind! The quality-price ratio is very good. I highly recommend!

This was the best meal I've had in Italy outside of Rome. I ordered vongole pasta, fillet with caramelized onions, and octopus salad, and all three were delicious. The clams in the vongole pasta were fine, but the noodles had a slightly sandy texture, but it wasn't overly bothersome. Still, the flavor and taste were excellent. The balsamic reduction and sweet onions that came with the steak complemented the meat's richness and umami very well. The octopus salad wasn't anything special, but the octopus was very tender, the olives were delicious, and the vegetables were fresh. It was a dish that stuck to the basics. I highly recommend this restaurant over the touristy restaurants like Nuti next door. My favorite dining experience in Italy so far. I ordered Spaghetti alle vongole, fillet with balsamic and caramelized onions, and octopus salad. They were all very great and flavorful. The balsamic reduction and the onion's sweetness and umami went well with the steak. the octopus salad wasn't something totally new/innovative but very well prepared dish with great ingredients. The octopus is chewy and the olive was really good. Vongole was one of the better pasta dishes I have tasted in Italy. The clams were okay but some part of the pasta had a little bit of sand (probably from the fresh clams) but not a big deal for me at least

I highly recommend this restaurant. The Tuscan cuisine is perfectly executed and very tasty. The service is impeccable and uninterrupted.

Go here if you want real italian food. No tourist trap. Food service from the signore was kind and swift. We ordered a steak, spaghetti alle vongole, and lemon marinated octopus salad. Everything was perfect. Also wifi available.

Pleasant welcome, very good dish, I recommend

I haven't been to Jajarang D'Auste yet, but I deliberately went there even though it's not frequented by many Koreans. It has a Google rating of 4.5 or higher. I went to a restaurant recommended by a vlog, but the atmosphere was great, but the food was just so-so. This is truly a true Florence restaurant. If you're tired of meat, try the mixed seafood pasta. If the T-bone is too much for you, try the steak second course. Even medium-rare steaks are perfectly cooked, not overcooked!! The potatoes and pasta are delicious. I was fooled by Google reviews and the Korean-language reviews, but I stumbled upon this seafood pasta restaurant and finally found this, my first time leaving a review. My mom was also satisfied! Two dishes and an Aperol Spritz came out to about 79 euros. There weren't many people there when we were there, but I don't know why!!! The staff were friendly, but they didn't seem to actively solicit customers. Anyway, if you're in Florence, you should definitely try this place...

If you're looking for a typical Florentine restaurant with welcoming waiters and fair prices, you have to go there! I go in and ask for a Florentine steak, well done (not rare!), with potatoes and a glass of wine. I get a nice plate with the Florentine steak already cut into small pieces for easy eating, but above all, well cooked and with great flavor, a sign of excellent quality meat. They're very kind, they make you feel at home, and the prices are very fair. I highly recommend it.

Seafood pasta ultimate great taste It may seem a little expensive, but it is so great that it makes up for it.
