La Cantinetta - Dr Pizza & Mr Wine In Badolato

Really enjoyed our meal here from start to finish. The service was so lovely and while no one else was there, as it was off season, he put on music and created a lovely atmosphere. The food was delicious. We got local harvest olive oil, two days old, absolutely delicious as was the house red wine. The zuppa faglioli was molto Buono 🥰🥰😋 would definitely go back and was very happy with our little meal here 😊😊❤️❤️

The owner is very friendly and patient, even with the most demanding customers, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, La Cantinetta di Badolato is a place worth visiting for its panoramic view and good food, but above all for its welcoming atmosphere and friendly service.

It's in a beautiful location, with outdoor tables under the trees. The staff is very kind and welcoming. I have some concerns about the food. I'd like my comments to be taken more as suggestions than criticisms: Q 1) The zucchini and ricotta flan was a bit bland, and there weren't enough zucchini. I'd give it more life. 2) As for the bean soup, it's fine not to use chili pepper, which isn't everyone's cup of tea, but a little simple olio santo, with the good oil you have and the world-famous chili peppers, wouldn't hurt to bring to the table. 3) Red wine chilled at 4°C isn't good. There are wine coolers that can help you find the right temperature.

Wonderful experience! The atmosphere was magic, warm breeze, full moon reflecting on a calm sea. Delicious traditional food and a welcoming staff. I would definitely recommend La Cantinetta.

Excellent cured meats, excellent bean and fennel soup, excellent fried cod. Fast and friendly service. What more can I say?

We went 3 families totaling 17 people. That's a lot and therefore we always expect a little extra waiting time. The staff was nice as always. It's not our first time, but this time the last two pizzas (Margarita) only came when half the table was halfway through eating. It was a bit bad that it was the two simple pizzas for the youngest children. A good place but it wasn't their best evening.
