The restaurant is located on the town's main street, with seating both outside on the street and inside or in a small internal courtyard. Reservations are always recommended. The menu is traditional Tuscan, simply prepared. It remains one of our favorite places, and we always return with pleasure when we're in the area.

Wonderful restaurant with amazing owner Guiseppe and staff who provide top shelf service and food with great prices. We had dinner there twice during our visit to Tuscany. Delicious pasta, salads, antipasti and main dishes like roast pork and chicken cacciatore. Lots of local people we’re dining throughout which is a good barometer of the quality of the food. Guiseppe told me that he wants to provide a traditional atmosphere of home cooking that is accessible to everyone and he certainly accomplishes this every day! The local bottled wine he serves is only 13 Euro and if you don’t finish it, you only pay for what you drink. I highly recommend this place and if you go, say hi to Guiseppe for me!

Location decisamente rustica e retrò ma piacevole. Personale gentilissimo. Antipasti: Antipasto mistico toscano davvero molto buono con crostini squisiti e ottimi salumi, insalata di testa in cassetta con fagioli davvero squisita, crostino al cavolo nero non mi ha entusiasmato. Per secondo abbiamo optato per una costata che non mi è piaciuta molto. Conto onesto e titola simpatico. Tornerei

Avevamo una gran voglia di una bistecca. Abbiamo trovato questo posto. È stato assolutamente all'altezza delle nostre aspettative. Buonissima la carne accompagnata da un ottimo vino della casa, buone le patate al forno e i cantucci con il vino santo. Personale molto gentile e simpatico. Conto veramente onesto.

30/11/2025: Staff were friendly and decor was not too overpowering We've been here over the last 10+ years and although the menu changes, the quality of the food doesn't. The food prices sadly have increased and the portion sizes of the pasta dishes have reduced a little, such is life. They seem to have switched their pizzas to more long pizzas but they are still good and worth coming here for or take away. 100% recommended, but as with all things, food shrinkflation. Highly recommend the fiorentina Steak dishes here, not the 1kg one, but the 650g scottona which was amazing after all these years. The 1kg is really pricey imo, other establishments charge around 65/kg not 85/kg which this place does

07/12/2025: Everything here is authentic Florentine, from the furnishings to the waiters... but above all, the food. The menu features just a few dishes, but all traditional. The atmosphere is family-friendly, the staff is friendly and welcoming. The price is fair. An absolute must-try experience.
07/12/2025: What can I say? It doesn't need words, just compliments. You can breathe and experience the feeling of being with family. A restaurant that warms your heart. A piece of advice: book well in advance, even two weeks in advance. And above all, Forza Viola.
