Excellent restaurant in charming San Casciano, offering traditional Tuscan flavors from appetizers to meat dishes. Recommended!

My boyfriend and I had lunch at this amazing restaurant and were truly impressed. My tagliolini with truffles were phenomenal: creamy, fragrant, and full of flavor. A true delight. My boyfriend, who doesn't normally like pasta, ordered the duck reginette... and was so moved by how good they were. So much so, he ordered a second course. You can clearly taste the love for tradition, and it's truly wonderful to rediscover it like this, in such an authentic and refined way. The entire staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and very pleasant to listen to and chat with. For all the emotion it gave us, the bill even seemed modest. Paying was nice because it felt like a way to say thank you. We left a little piece of our heart there and will definitely return when we're in Tuscany again. A truly wonderful experience.

We only stayed in the area for a few days but went back to this restaurant it was that good. Great wine list, and fantastic food. .l

A friendly atmosphere. Simple decor. Good service, although the unsolicited billing is always annoying. The tagliata was solid, but unfortunately a bit dry. The portions were very modest. Criticism is often met with a rather harsh reaction. The prices are just about reasonable in this context.

Wonderful spot. Old school, family style Tuscan cuisine. The service was par excellence. The food was perfect. My family went three times in the week we stayed in town. Every single dish we got was perfect. I highly recommend the goat cheese and artichoke antipasti, the penne al ragu primi, and the pork and potatoes secondi. Or, you could do what my family did and just try everything. To the server who helped us dinner, and the owner who shared a bit of history of the restaurant—thank you. For your patience and grace, and for your hospitality, and of course for your delicious food. I hope to make it back soon.

Delicious food with very classic Italian cuisine. Reasonably priced and very friendly staff. Great wine!

Traditional restaurant, fantastic flavoursome food at a very good price

Location decisamente rustica e retrò ma piacevole. Personale gentilissimo. Antipasti: Antipasto mistico toscano davvero molto buono con crostini squisiti e ottimi salumi, insalata di testa in cassetta con fagioli davvero squisita, crostino al cavolo nero non mi ha entusiasmato. Per secondo abbiamo optato per una costata che non mi è piaciuta molto. Conto onesto e titola simpatico. Tornerei

Avevamo una gran voglia di una bistecca. Abbiamo trovato questo posto. È stato assolutamente all'altezza delle nostre aspettative. Buonissima la carne accompagnata da un ottimo vino della casa, buone le patate al forno e i cantucci con il vino santo. Personale molto gentile e simpatico. Conto veramente onesto.
