A very unique, welcoming, and beautiful place. We had beans with pork rind, tripe, lentils with cavolo nero, gnocchi with mushroom and truffle cream, and crema catalana... all delicious. The staff was very friendly. Highly recommended.

The place is very beautiful and well-kept, starting with the truly beautiful placemats. The food is excellent. We had a few appetizers, a couple of first courses, a few second courses, side dishes, and desserts. Everything was very good, but we were a bit disappointed with the service. We arrived among the first courses and waited about half an hour just to order. There was also a long wait for the second courses. We arrived at 1:00 PM and left at practically 3:30 PM... a bit excessive.

We sat near the entrance since the indoor area was fully booked, but that didn’t stop us from having a wonderful time. We had three tagliatelle dishes: porcini, truffle, and tomato sauce. Absolutely delicious!
The white wine was exquisite, and every dish was full of flavor. It was truly the highlight of our trip! I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Spello.
Just make sure to book a table in advance.

The restaurant had a wonderful atmosphere but the poor service and overcooked food overcame the charm. It was not worth it and there are better places to dine in Spello. You should skip this place.

A quaint yet stylish place.
Tasty, quality food.
I'd recommend the hand-cut prosciutto, which is truly delicious.
Excellent wine list with fair prices.
A glass of Montefalco for 5 euros seems like a good price.
