Fantastic food. Very delicate flavours and the wine was delicious. Would love to come back and try more on the menu. We loved everything we ate.

A charming place, with a truly unique historical atmosphere: stone walls, arched ceilings, soft lighting — everything very well-kept and welcoming. We tried the truffle gnocchi: simply delicious, perfectly balanced in flavors.
Courteous and attentive service.
The only detail a little out of place: the French music in the background, in such an authentically Italian environment.
I will definitely be back with pleasure!

Located on the main street of the town, it is certainly among the best restaurants in Spello. Welcoming environment, dining room staff not at the same level. We took an exceptional Chianina fillet with a good quality/price ratio. Little choice of wines by the glass. The desserts need improvement.

Delicious experience consumed on Easter Monday in the presence of tomato soup, beans with pork rinds, lazza omelette with truffle and mixed roast, all washed down with lots of Montefalco. Very good at managing the kitchen and dining room. We will happily return, hopefully soon

Having lunch in this cellar with its suggestive and unique atmosphere was wonderful. Welcoming, kind and professional staff. Excellent food and above all good value for money. Absolutely recommended!

Suggestive environment and an interesting gastronomic offer, but unfortunately we encountered a certain inexperience on the part of the waitress who looked after us and the dining room staff.
Although he was friendly, his proposals regarding wine were rather questionable: he suggested labels for complex vintages that were not suited to the context, revealing an incompetent approach in managing the wine list.
We hope for an improvement in the staff's preparation in terms of wine given that the name of the place is "La cantina" in Spello.
