Very good food. We had a mixed house antipasto and tagliatelle with truffle, all accompanied by an excellent local red wine. They also cater for gluten-free options.

The ragu, past and wine were amazing. The kitchen is spotless and the restaurant is beautiful. Everyone had a smile and were very understanding and helpful with our limited Italian.

The place is quaint, but it's quite noisy because it's crowded. Despite this, the service is quick and efficient. The food is good: two excellent starters, two desserts, water, and wine for around €70. The wine list is extensive, with reasonable markups. Overall, a good experience.

Everything was delicious in a well-kept location, perfect for an evening with friends or as a couple. A wide selection of dishes, and more than fair prices. We'll definitely be back.

Chosen because it's listed in the Slow Food 2026 Italian Osteria Guide. Very nice atmosphere with artistic place settings. The non-menu goat cheese was average with discount-quality jams. Polenta with pork ribs and non-menu sausage was also very good. I would recommend the latter, although unfortunately there wasn't much meat. Despite the prompting, the wait was a bit long. Fair bill.

22/03/2026: Very friendly service, good food, and many artisanal dishes. The gnocchi with goose sauce and appetizers are excellent. The capocollo deserves a special mention. A selection of local wines.

05/03/2026: We arrived in Spoleto late in the evening, yet the welcome we received immediately reassured us. The atmosphere was beautiful, the staff extremely friendly, and the food delicious. We opted for a delicious house wine. Highly recommended.
23/02/2026: The Umbrian-style strangozzi with truffle, sausage, and pecorino cheese is delicious, and the cheek is very tender with caramelized red onions. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended.
