A simple, basic place. Interesting menu; authentic, traditional Italian cuisine. We ordered fresh baked pasta with tomato sauce, fresh pasta with 'nduja, guanciale, and smoked scamorza (very spicy), and the "tasca dell'ortolano" (vegetarian pocket) and dessert. We were very satisfied.

There are 2 unmissable things to do in Pisa - see the tower and go to this place!!!! Such a hidden gem. A great spot for lunch, amazing atmosphere, and such welcoming owners. The food was incredible and some of the best we have had in Italy. Highly recommend!!

Tucked away in a side street, far from the hustle and bustle of the restaurants that lure you in. Here, young, ambitious people cook with authentic, original recipes – authentic and with heart. I probably ate the best carbonara here – just as it should be! Accompanied by a lovely vino della casa at a fair price. Thank you very much – we were completely satisfied!

A great welcome, away from the tourist trap restaurants where it smells like frozen food... Here, there's no fuss, the place remains in its original state, it breathes authenticity, the actors are discreet and smiling. The food is delicious and tasty, it's well presented without fuss because that's real life. Simple people, good food and above all, good humor 😊

28/09/2025: Absolutely favorite restaurant in Chianni. We’ve been here a month and the staff is so charming, attentive, and the food is tops! Get the gnudi, truffle tortellini, pork fillet, and salted caramel cheesecake for dessert! Unfortunately, we only ate here 7 times. lol. Will miss all of you dearly. Doina, Bianca, Matteo, and Valentina!
