One of the BEST restaurants we have ever visited in Italy. The tartar with truffles is amazing and they accommodated our kids with special pasta 😍. Wine and service were excellent. We will definitely come back.

Very nice place, excellent service, excellent dishes with very particular recipes, we had a great dinner, I only took a photo of the ravioli with nettles because I'm greedy and I forgot the photo of the vealed tuna (dinner was offered to me so I won't put in the shopping)

We ate:
- an appetizer consisting of 3 types of cheeses served with toasted brioche (9 euros). The cheeses were really small in size and (one of the three) the 36 month aged parmesan, in Italy, you cannot serve as a tasting cheese;
- a meat tartare with Tropea onion ice cream: the ice cream was slightly acidic (not due to the onion) and the inside of the ice cream ball resting on the meat was frozen. The meat was really good, seasoned with terayaki sauce;
- Two portions of really good truffle linguine even if it tasted very similar to butter;
- a fillet served with lard and a delicious truffle base cream;
- a glass of red wine and a carafe of still water (free).
Total expense 105 euros.

My parents live in Todi and we visit often, but haven't dined here yet, so we thought why not? It was so lovely. We had beautiful view, amazing food, and as my husband exclaimed...the best cannolo he has ever had! Our service was fabulous and Simone was lovely person and a fantastic cameriere. We will be back!

We ate in this restaurant during a visit to the splendid city of Todi, beautiful location with panoramic terrace overlooking the Umbrian countryside, excellent service, very good food. We ate baked pasta with wild asparagus, fried artichokes, baked potatoes, tastings of cheeses, all accompanied by an excellent cigliegiolo, excellent desserts and house bitters.
