Searching for information about this restaurant and its offerings, one finds basic descriptions, but one can easily grasp the uniqueness of the ambiance, both inside and out, and the seasonality of the dishes (hence the attention to ingredients) and the inspiration from tradition. In my opinion, "sea and mountains" is the common thread running through the various offerings, where different ingredients and gastronomic cultures (particularly Umbrian and Sicilian cuisine) find a new identity. For my appetizer, I chose brandy-infused shrimp on a leek cream with Jerusalem artichoke chips: three gradual textures, three distinct flavors that ultimately blend perfectly. For the main course, seafood orzotto. Using barley, a typical Umbrian grain, in place of the usual rice, yielded an unexpected result.

Very nice place with a lovely atmosphere. The food didn't live up to the standard. I had a French-style onion soup that was decidedly disappointing.

This place was just amazing. The service was caring and friendly, the view stunning, and the food to die for. Let me just say: real fresh truffle, grated right in front of you! And if you have a sweet tooth, trust me, you must try the Croststa with ricotta, chocolate and pears - a wonderful surprise!

Every time, a unique experience. We were there in 2021. They added a covered terrace in the back with a beautiful view. As always, a very welcoming place. We always order the tartare with white truffle and egg (cooked at a low temperature) with white truffle. I recommend it to EVERYONE. The spaghetti had a special dough, the chestnuts and bacon held together very well. The tortelli were FABULOUS; all the flavors slowly revealed themselves in the mouth. Congratulations again. Great service. Clean and separate bathroom.
