Trattoria with the flavor of the past, a few well-spaced tables, simple but elegant furnishings, quiet environment, welcoming and very professional service. The dishes are original, delicious and light, also aesthetically very beautiful and refined. The orecchiette with broccoli and the broad bean purée with chicory are delicious. Super desserts, in particular the fig mousse and the orange and cinnamon panna cotta. A wonderful discovery outside Bologna, where now the only aim is to have as many covers as possible. Here you can breathe the air of home, quality and peace, hurray!

Beautiful discovery! We ate typical Lucanian cuisine for the first time and were pleasantly surprised. Excellent dishes and with high quality raw materials treated with great care. Definitely coming back.

Simple but welcoming place, helpful and kind staff, dishes rich in taste and flavour, I recommend it to couples, families and to all those who love traditional Lucanian cuisine.

Siamo tornate in questa trattoria che per un periodo frequentavamo spesso e che ci piaceva moltissimo! Lo abbiamo ritrovato intatto e siamo state molto bene. Dall”antipasto sformatino con ragù di salsiccia strepitoso, dai paccheri con pesto ai pistacchi deliziosi, agli spaghetti gustosissimi! Poi anche il guanciale brasato niente male. Poi i dolci da urlo come la panna cotta e il semifreddo veramente da “ leccarsi i baffi!!! Che dirvi di più? Andateci vi piacerà come a noi! A presto!

Non è la prima volta che mi fermo in questo locale, spero sempre in un miglioramento che continuò a non vedere. I primi piatti sono sufficienti nel gusto mancano di carattere. Qualità prezzo nella norma della tipologia del locale. Mi aspetto una spinta in più la prossima volta…

23/02/2025: Exceptional! I had the pleasure of dining at the Scemuá Bistrot and I was enchanted. The atmosphere is welcoming and refined, with furnishings with attention to the smallest details that create a perfect environment for a special evening. The staff is extremely friendly and attentive, ready to satisfy every need with a smile. Each dish is prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients, presented in a creative and tasty way. I particularly appreciated the Alice sandwich with tuna tartare, courgette julienne and stracciatella, a real delight for the palate. Furthermore, the selection of wines is excellent, with labels that match perfectly with the dishes offered. I can only highly recommend this bistro to anyone looking for an unforgettable dining experience. I will definitely come back

09/03/2025: As always, at least for me, it feels like entering another dimension. Fantastic location as well as the service and food. Certainly not exactly cheap but every now and then it's worth it for a nice dinner with friends.
