The most striking thing about this place is the welcome and friendliness of Mr. Mario and Mrs. Larissa. We came across one evening where there was a fixed menu... the dishes were delicious and plentiful.

The legendary Eighties... We all miss the Eighties a bit, 'La Campagnola' is a 'genuine revival' of that period, the memory of authentic, simple, true flavours, 'good times' that made us happy and contented! A dinner with friends from Lombardy who I meet every year at the end of August. The La Campagnola restaurant offers a fixed menu, starting with a huge platter of cured meats and cheeses accompanied by Torta al Testo, mixed fried food and delicious supplì, ending with a very tasty couscous. There are two first courses, but they are not tastings, two Flemish dishes filled with pasta, homemade meat ravioli with pesto and tagliatelle with sauce. For main courses, delicious meatballs with sauce, sliced ​​with potatoes, other meats (...), side dish, green salad; the dessert is almost always a Salami del Re with lemon, coffee, grappa and digestive, water and wine. Absolutely worth trying!!

Cheerful atmosphere, fast karaoke, good value for money

Characteristic restaurant located in the "Borgobello" of Perugia, a welcoming and familiar environment thanks to the truly kind owners. It offers simple traditional dishes, but very well executed, a fixed menu which includes: a very generous appetizer consisting of a platter and supplì, polenta with mushrooms, beans and sausage. Two first courses including buffalo mozzarella ravioli with tomato and tagliatelle with white ragù. Mixed grill with salad and dessert to finish. Water, wine, liqueur and coffee all included for 25 euros. The must of this place remains the kindness and friendliness of the managers as well as the excellent value for money.

First time very kind owners the lady in the kitchen say she is very good and not much I would say super super very good abundant dishes the girl who serves the tables very good kind and polite like the owners......I will definitely be back hoping not to find any birthday. ....

Come da titolo e a detta di chi un pò di esperienza culinaria negli anni l'ha fatta. Il titolare, di cui mi dispiace non ricordare il nome, uomo d'altri tempi, pacato, gentile, insomma che ti ispira fiducia. Non sapevamo del menù fisso ma ci ha tanto ispirato che a prescindere abbiamo fatto fare a lui. Mai scelta più azzeccata. Tutto perfetto e buonissimo. Veramente Grazie. Torneremo nella bella Perugia anche solo per tornare a mangiare da VOI.

Alla Campagnola si mangia bene, tanto e alla buona. Ma opportuno cominciare con una nota di merito per Mario, gestore di altri tempi e di rara cortesia e attenzione per i clienti (sempre una battuta gentile ed educata, mai invadente, cambio piatto ad ogni portata, piatti puliti individualmente prima di posarli davanti al commensale). Se si cerca un locale per una cena romantica e tranquilla, questo forse non è il posto giusto. Qui si viene per la compagnia, per fare rumore, per cantare il Karaoke, per ascoltare Paola al piano o al canto, per partecipare alla festa del tavolo a fianco (come è capitato a noi), con tutti i partecipanti che a turno cantavano in coppia. Detto questo, torno all'inizio: si mangia tanto e bene. Un vassoio di antipasti (crocchette, oliva all'ascolana, affettati di qualità e una fettina di cacio); polenta ai funghi, ravioli fatti da loro con ripieno di carne e sugo pomodori secchi, mandorle tritate, basilico; tagliatelle al ragù di chianina tagliata al coltello, grigliatina di carne con insalata, dolce, vino, acqua, caffè e pure una grappa stravecchia non banale. Il tutto per 25 euro a testa. Complimenti a Mario e a tutto il suo staff!
