Excellent cafe with a local atmosphere. Very few tourists and mostly local Italians. The coffee here is excellent, and the croissant was fresh and good. The service is fast and attentive even when busy, and the atmosphere is pleasant and very local. Highly recommended!

A charming, classic Italian bar – good, honest aperitifs (Aperol Spritz with just the right amount of Aperol and a good Prosecco), great cocktails with snacks, delicious coffee specialties, and a wonderful hot chocolate made with real dark chocolate and cream. The Italian breakfast with a Cornetto is good, the other breakfast options are perhaps a bit pricey for what they offer. In short: recommended any time of day!

We stopped for an aperitif and stayed straight for dinner! Everything was delicious, I recommend the carbonara, really good ❤️!!
The fried chicken strips marinated in yogurt and turmeric and their potato chips were excellent for the kids.

La Buvette was our go-to for cappucino’s and caffe’ macchiato’s while we were in Rome. Not only was it convenient to our Airbnb, but the drinks were good. It’s a busy restaurant in the morning, with locals and tourists stopping by for their jolt of caffine. We had lunch there twice, and enjoyed the food and wine.
We will definitely return next time we’re in Rome.
