I discovered this place after seeing it on TV on "4 Ristoranti" and had a great impression. I tried to make a reservation for at least a couple of years and never succeeded. Today we finally had lunch here and it was a wonderful experience. It exceeded expectations, with excellent food, impeccable service, and a beautiful atmosphere. Prices are slightly above average, but worth it; the atmosphere, the result of a careful and conservative renovation, makes all the difference.

After visiting the art exhibition 'RICCHEZZA dilemma perenne' we went to eat at Buteghe di Pierute, a welcoming and friendly environment where you can eat good traditional Friulian dishes.

This is my second visit and I find it simply delightful. The food is excellent, whatever you order. The wines are good. And the waitresses, always smiling, even at the busiest times, are also worth a mention. Although they'll do everything they can to find you a table, reservations are highly recommended, especially during the exhibition.

I've never been to a more beautiful café/restaurant/shop than this one. 🩷
All the furniture and details are made of wood.
You can tell everything was made with great care.
We had a cappuccino and a delicious chocolate cake.
If you come to Illegio, you have to go in!

I visited this lovely restaurant yesterday, October 2nd, with my wife and about thirty others on a trip organized by the ACLI of Treviso for the renowned and splendid Illegio exhibition. Despite the large number of us, the service was good and the food excellent, especially the herb ravioli, which reminded me, albeit differently, of the ones my mother used to make at Christmas, filled with ricotta and spinach and topped with melted butter and Parmesan cheese.
We were also offered a delicious apple strudel, even though it wasn't on the menu.
I would gladly return soon with friends; it's a shame Treviso isn't so close!

A very characteristic, warm, welcoming atmosphere. The staff were courteous and professional. The food was delicious, typical of the area.
I absolutely recommend stopping by for lunch or dinner... I'll definitely be back.

A place to see and feel the past. I frequent it often and feel good inside; you can see and feel the Carnia. Plus, the place is very popular and highly appreciated. I haven't had lunch or dinner there yet, but the reviews are excellent.
