Waiting time appropriate for freshly prepared fish. We visited the restaurant twice and both times they deserve the highest rating. Service nice and smiling, despite language problems on our part. If we ever visit the area again, we will definitely visit.

Spent one night in Balestrate prior to flying home and chose this restaurant for dinner, in part because it had good vegetarian options on the menu. We arrived at 7pm as the restaurant was opening up and were warmly welcomed by a staff member who I’m guessing was one of the owners. Balestrate and the restaurant were not at all busy on this particular night as it was Easter Holy Week. The menu had good Sicilian options available for all tastes at reasonable prices. We had a relatively simple meal, all very tasty. The chef also came to our table to check everything was OK. One bonus was being introduced to the Campagnolo Big Corkscrew!! An impressive piece of kit! We ordered one as soon as we returned home!! We would recommend this restaurant to any one seeking a nice meal in the area.
