Attracted by a lady at the entrance we entered via Aic, truly exceptional fresh homemade gluten-free pasta, I ate the umbrichelli with sausage and mushrooms, really excellent, their gluten-free tiramisu was also really special, the staff were really friendly especially the lady at the reception.

I ate at this restaurant on August 15th.
They have gluten-free availability for all dishes. We felt treated like at home, thank you Francesco for being able to advise us and for your customer care.
As for the impeccable cuisine, everything is delicious with flavors in perfect harmony that explode when tasted. Baked pig with potatoes something indescribable. The desserts are also excellent.
Fair bill with bitters offered.

Before the food review let me start with this: They HAVE an Etruscan Cave in the Basement!!!! Can someone imagine to have a 2500 years old Etruscan cave in their own basement? I love Italy for that. Anyway, about the food. The Bruschetta are ok but the Umbriachelli (pasta made home, really thick) al dente are genuine. The ever best is the Tartuffe with mushrooms. Guys it is amazing. I ate this pasta in many places in the world and in Italy and here is simply the best ever. When you order that plate anywhere else just smell the plate. You will find the mushrooms smell. But here you will smell Tartuffe!!! and taste Tartuffe not mushrooms. The best plate I had in years. Also Umbriachelli Carbonara was a great experience thanks to the home made Pasta. As to prices, if you want a normal Pasta for 6EUR of course you can have it. But the Umbriachelli is 100% worth the price. And also please try their Olive Oil!!! You can not buy it. They get it from a small winery, which has some olive trees and makes it for them only. Again, it is a Trattoria so don't expect luxury but just go and try, you will not be disappointed. Scelto perchè AIC, di buono aveva solo quello, la gestione a norma del senza glutine. Servizio approssimativo e caotico con camerieri inesperti e a tratti svogliati. Location non delle migliori, soprattutto all'esterno, anche se in pieno centro storico. Buono il tagliere misto, bruciacchiata la pizza, pane senza glutine centellinato (due fette e poi ci è stato detto che in più era extra). Non lo consiglio, a meno che non mettano più professionalità nel servizione nella gestione del cliente.
