My girlfriend and I ate at this place. What can I say, a unique experience. You can see that the owners, who are very nice, put passion into what they do. We didn't take the meat for other reasons, but that certainly must have been space-age too. The pici all'aglione and those with wild boar ragù were stunning, as was the platter of cured meats and cheeses.
If you are looking for a cheap place to eat, this is not the right place, in the sense that you eat quality food and therefore the prices may seem high but in reality they are very fair.

While passing through Montepulciano we stopped at this restaurant in a small street. What can we say about fresh and delicious pasta, a specialty to try “pici alle briciole”. An original way to open up and let us taste the wine. Nice place nice staff and very good meal the pici cacio e pepe the best in Italy according to my 10 year old daughter. Epicureans stop, it's worth it

This is a great dining experience. The owner serves you and explains everything. He has good English too. The food is stellar, and there are things on the menu you can't have anywhere else in the world. Cannot recommend enough. It's a very old building with a beautiful painted ceiling.

Excellent restaurant with excellent cuisine, competent and friendly staff, we had a really good time, definitely if we return to Montepulciano, La Briciola will still have us as customers.

A slightly hidden restaurant, but it's really worth finding... The owner is very courteous and attentive to the customer's needs... I recommend a bit of everything, the pici are exceptional, the ribollita delicious, as is the grass pea soup... The meat is quality, and cooked to perfection, I ate both the tagliatelle with Colonnata lard and the tagliatelle with herbs, and they were both excellent... Then the desserts, the tiramisu with cantucci is an experience worth enjoying experienced, like the panna cotta with berries... In short, passed with full marks and I hope to be able to return soon... Congratulations to all the staff, keep up the good work!!!

Spectacular food, I ate typical dishes and I must say that they were perfect, especially the Pici all'aglione and the Florentine steak. The only flaw was the potatoes which were a little salty, otherwise the waiters were very nice and the environment was very nice and relaxing, five stars deserved.

Locale accogliente. Proprietario gentilissimo, il figlio in sala carinissimo e molto attento.
Pici alle briciole e al ragu di cinghiale senza parole. Un controfiletto spaziale che si scioglieva in bocca. Un esperienza super positiva e il conto assolutamente proporzionato e giusto alla bontà.
