Excellent carbonara, delicious and naturally tasty!
Cozy place in a rustic, well-kept and clean environment.
The 5 carbonaras took an hour to wait, but when they arrived, well... the wait was worth it: extra large plates, steaming and very fragrant with bacon, with fat cream and egg yolk to mix the spaghetti.
I'm salivating again! We will have to return to taste all the other succulent specialties.
Finally, a homemade dessert: a good tiramisu!
But the choice is wide here too, from Friulian gubana to spoon desserts.
See you next time, definitely!
Ps. Note to all patrons:
- the main entrance is from the mega arch of the courtyard, immediately on the right, and not from the door that overlooks the street, under the sign
- I didn't find a dedicated car park, because the place is on the road (with no designated parking). A 2-minute walk away, however, there is a comfortable clearing (not very large) not frequented by residents.

Ate a starter of San Daniele raw ham, excellent.
Tasted the pasta carbonara, good.

L'aspetto del locale rimanda alla più tradizionale osteria friulana, ma non lasciatevi ingannare dall'ampia proposta gastronomica: pasta alla carbonara, pasta alla gricia sono solo alcuni dei piatti per cui vale la pena andare. Ad accogliervi, un signore molto gentile e alla mano che saprà rendere ottima l'esperienza.
P.S. Le paste sono in porzione "normale (100gr)", "abbondante (150gr)" e "doppia (200gr)", quindi presentarsi lì con grande appetito!

The environment is welcoming... Ylenia is everywhere, good and efficient...
we were there mainly for the carbonara... and we did well., the portions range from 100, 200, 300g... amazing... followed by a cube roll or ribeye, unparalleled cooking... the craft beer then, a cannonade...
Only flaw, the lighting....
Other than that, go there and don't forget to book.... Don't be distracted by the menu... remember that you came all this way for the carbonara... and since it's express, you have to wait.... but things good, worth the wait....
