In all honesty I expected more. Little originality in the meat selection, with the exception of the raw sausage offered with provolone: ​​a good idea. Very courteous and professional service, I still give 4 stars even the final proposal of "we'll offer you the bitters as long as you take it standing in front of the cashier" I really didn't like it! Price slightly higher than average, but we know that Sammichele is a brand that has to be paid for. However, the raw material is of good quality.

Braceria recommended by friends from Puglia. Very good meat. Absolutely to try. I will return on my next visit to Puglia.

Good meat, good vegetables and grilled potatoes. Fast service and clean place. I recommend arriving early to avoid queues because it is very crowded even if you book.
