I've returned to this original and elegant restaurant many times because I immediately fell in love with the food, which showcases Sardinian flavors with a modern twist.
The staff is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and dedicated to providing guests with an intimate experience.
A little gem of a restaurant in Oristano.

This restaurant near the center of Oristano is a very elegant venue with original furnishings, attentive and professional staff, and excellent food. Traditional dishes are expertly reinterpreted to create original yet flavorful dishes. The cheeses served for dessert, accompanied by jams, are among the best I've ever tasted.

Brace has become an established place in Oristano. My first visit was more than 7 years ago, the other day was my last one. My comment concentrates on this last experience. We have chosen two fish based starters and two meat mains with the idea of tasting also something related to the word that names the restaurant.
It took 50 minutes to get our starter plate in the table. It’s holiday, the hall is not big and it was not yet full when we arrived at 21:05. A kitchen working flow can be impacted by any unpredictable but in that case you would expect a communication from the serving stuff which did not occur.
The ‘calamari and nuts’ and ‘raw prawns with venere chips’ starters were well done and interesting in the mix of tastes composing the dish.
The meat plates were in fact quite dull and standard and in the composition. You would expect the ‘small pig’ juicy and succulent, giving a glimpse of the anthem plate in Sardinia cousine. It was not.
Very short wine list, we wanted to get a fresh red which can accompany both plates but there was nothing below 14. With the revolution in wine offer occurred in the last 10 years we found strange such a limited offer. We ended with a standard sparking torbato by sella e mosca.
All an all, not what you’d expect for a 50 euros bill.
The ambience has not changed in time, it is a pretty standard bon ton restaurant like you’d seen 20 years ago.

Incuriosita dalla cura con la quale è stata ideata la pagina instagram relativa al ristorante,prenoto per cena con la mia amica.
Ad accoglierci il personale attento e gentile che ci fa accomodare al tavolo,apparecchiato correttamente con uno stile originale.
Il menu è già a prima vista molto interessante con piatti rivisitati della cucina sarda,decidiamo quindi di ordinare due antipasti e due primi.
I piatti arrivano con la giusta tempistica e sono un’esplosione di sapore oltre che essere deliziosi alla vista: delle vere opere d’arte culinaria!Si percepisce la passione e l’attenzione al dettaglio,due caratteristiche che descrivono l’intero locale.
Abbiamo terminato la nostra cena con due dolci squisiti,equilibrati e serviti impeccabilmente.
Il ristorante ha superato le nostre aspettative in termini di qualità delle materie prime e presentazione dei piatti.
Torneremo con piacere!
