I prefer to call it a tavern with a beer bar, strictly craft and of course, quality.
Whenever I'm in the area, I don't hesitate to stop in, with a reservation, of course, as seating is limited.
The food is straightforward and fairly local, with a few slight diversions, but it's good quality and always satisfying.
And then there's Silvio, the host, who certainly doesn't go unnoticed.

We were on the road and we bump into this amazing place by accident. Their meat and cheese plate is so unreal. The beer is highly recommended 👌 if you are around. It is a great place

I was there a week ago... small place, I recommend booking... ate excellent appetizers, cured meats and cheeses... very good beer and tried the PICCI with 3 different sauces, all exquisite... Silvio the owner is very kind... the staff is also very polite... I RECOMMEND IT AS A STOP

In addition to the menu's excellent platters and traditional Tuscan first and second courses, there are often some interesting off-menu options worth trying. Everything is accompanied by excellent beers. The owner and staff are friendly and attentive, yet discreet.
