A fantastic and one of a kind restaurant! managed with passion by two young locals! Cozy atmosphere and delicious dishes. Our dog immediately felt at home, a perfect place for the whole family!

Space. We ended up here by chance: the sweetness and helpfulness of the owners made us fall in love. Welcoming environment, with attention to the smallest details. The dishes are absolutely delicious, fantastic pici with wild boar with an extra touch (to be discovered). For the second course we chose some vegetables: absolutely fabulous, from their garden; the chef cooks them in a surprising way. Selection of castle wines. In short, we would never go away again. Highly recommended from all points of view.

La Bottega la frequento da anni.. Parto da Roma un paio di volte l'anno per farmi rapire prima di tutto della location. Volpaia e' a mio parere uno dei piu bei posti della toscana. Un borgo che vi lascerà senza parole...visitandolo sarete rapiti dai profumi che provengono dalla cucina della Bottega... potrete mangiare cose straordinarie vi giuro.. in un giardino delizioso dove al tramonto oltre che gustare piatti tipici toscani.. potrete vedere le colline del chianti che si arrossiscono fino a che il sole non muore. La cucina non tradisce mai.. e si puo vedere l'orto... dove proprietaria e mamma da anni coltivano prodotti che finiscono direttamente nei piatti... Io due volte l'anno vado perche li e un paradiso per il palato e per la vista.. Credetemi... La sorella della proprietaria nella piazzetta difronte ha un bar.. il Bar Ucci.. dove serve aperitivi con prodotti di altissima qualita...da perdere a testa.. Se mai un giorno mi sposassi dico da anni che Volpaia e la Bottega accoglierebbero i miei invitati.. Un forte abbraccio alle proprietarie alla loro gentilezza.. umorismo e bravura in cucina...Dieci e lode

The kindest people I have met in Volpaia - or in Tuscany recently - after visiting literally hundreds of times (Volpaia is on my way to Siena when I go for bike rides). I showed up two days ago in muddy cycling clothes and this is quite a high end spot, the young woman running the place with her husband - Martina - greeted me and my cycling buddy the most welcoming way. I was pretty amazed, I have never been treated this nice in Volpaia, especially considering my outfit. Martina insisted for us to sit at the restaurant although we were just having a quick coffee and cake and spent lots of time chatting with us. Also Asif who works at the bar, and who had already rescued us with coffee in the past while the rest of the village was shut, is super kind and service minded and it’s a pleasure to see him when we get here. I have only stopped here for coffee and cake so far, but I will definitely come back for a proper meal not only because what they do looks delicious, but mostly because I want to support a place run by such kind people. We had the best truffle pasta here—better than any we’ve had at Michelin-starred restaurants in Asia! The service was equally outstanding. We stayed in the village for four days and ended up dining here twice, as they were closed on one of the nights. Highly recommend this restaurant if you’re visiting the area, but be sure to book in advance!

Sinceramente mi aspettavo di più.
L’ antipasto di affettati nella media, sinceramente si possono trovare affettati migliori e anche servirli meglio dato che anche l’occhio vuole la sua parte. I tortelli di patate con il sugo di porcini erano poco saporiti, pasta fine ma poco sapore. Ho assaggiato anche i pici al sugo bianco di mio marito che erano buoni. Forse non ho ordinato i piatti giusti… il
Posto molto carino, abbiamo pranzato fuori a novembre e personale molto gentile.

Wonderful place set in one of the most beautiful villages in Tuscany. It tastes great and every ingredient is of high quality. I staff is very friendly and hospitable. I highly recommend!

**Osteria Volpaia – A real insider tip**
If you're ever traveling in Tuscany, you definitely have to stop by Osteria Volpaia. The pasta, especially the “Pappardelle al Cinghiale”, is amazing – really authentic and super tasty. And a Chianti Classico from our own winery - it couldn't be better!
For dessert, you can look forward to crispy cantucci, served with a glass of Vin Santo. And if you want something special, try the pescancello liqueur with apricots - it's really something delicious.
In short: brilliant cuisine, great wine and just a really nice evening.

The restaurant is simply amazing. An experience of excellent service, delightful food, and a pleasant atmosphere. Amazing pasta, fresh vegetables, excellent meat, high-quality olive oil, and top-notch wine make the experience even better. You truly feel like you're in a complete hospitality experience. Highly recommended!
