One of the best meals we have in Italian. Every dish was made with fresh ingredients and flavors filled with umami. We enjoyed our meals so much that we have to make a second visit before we leave Tuscany. Thank you Martina & Filippo for the culinary & hospitality!

The chickpea pheasant pasta! Wow! I really appreciated how friendly the service was. The menu is not traditional osteria food and has a twist to it. The ambiance is cozy and romantic. A place to remember!

This year we chose the village of Volpaia as part of our summer vacation. We consciously wanted to live the experience of 5 nights in a place like this. The village has a bakery, an all day cafe/bar/restaurant and two restaurants. Today I will talk to you about Osteria Volpaia. The restaurant is located in the heart of the village, in a dominant position. The elevated outdoor area and very beautifully decorated, gives you the feeling and foreshadows that you will eat something delicious. The excellent lighting and the well-chosen music list, "call from afar", sophisticated simplicity. In the five days we were in the village, we ate at two, having already made reservations, and a third because, walking around the village at dinner time, we couldn't resist the temptation to try as many dishes as possible from their menu. In addition to the aesthetics of the space and the delicious food (which is something you can find in many places, since you are in Italy), the difference was made by the team that runs the business. Filippo has taken on the mission of searching for excellent quality local products and transforming them into dishes, with combinations that at least we, had never tried before in our lives. Martina will greet you with a wide, genuine smile, will patiently and enthusiastically explain the dishes of their restaurant, will help you choose based on your wishes, while discreetly watching you during the meal to make sure that lunch or dinner is going as you would like. F and M informed us that they left bustling Florence and for the last two years and for ten months each year they have been in this small village, putting all their love into their business and believe me the result justifies them. I could not leave out Asif from the commentary. A key member of the successful team, with a personal story that will move you, since you find him working 10 months a year away from his country and his family. Polite, fast, unobtrusive, he is a worthy complement to the team we met in mid-July during our visit to the place. All of the above was elicited through the questions of interest we asked and of course from the willingness of the above to open their hearts to us. In conclusion In this restaurant there is soul and people who care about what they do and what they offer. On the three times we went, we tried both traditional and modern cuisine, drank the delicious wines of the region and met interesting people. Therefore, Choose this restaurant, talk to the team, try as many dishes as you can and let time pass slowly. Create beautiful, quality moments that will later turn into unforgettable memories.

Everything was perfect. The owners' kindness and hospitality made us feel at home. The atmosphere was meticulously maintained down to the smallest detail. And what can we say about the food? Thanks to their use of fresh, carefully selected ingredients, they create dishes crafted with meticulous attention to detail, beautiful to look at and delicious to taste. We'll definitely be back.

Our dinner at Osteria Volpaia was the highlight of our entire 4-week trip through Europe! We started with the boar toast and leek soup, followed by the duck pasta and steak—and every single dish was bursting with incredible flavor and cooked to perfection. What truly made the evening even more special was the warm hospitality from Martina and Phillip, who made us feel so welcome. A truly unforgettable experience!

Incantevole location, in un borgo bellissimo, con un terrazzo vista panoramica sulle campagne toscane del chiantigiano, abbiamo gradito e apprezzato formaggi, primi con tartufo, dolci e soprattutto vino della casa veramente eccellente. Consigliatissimo
