Amazing!!! Claudio is the host with a capital O, Anna is a natural wonder, and her mother is a wonderful woman. What can I say, the food is so good and authentic that it's priceless, every time we go we feel like we're at grandma's house! Super kind and friendly, with lots of gluten-free and vegetarian options. They're always understanding and available to accommodate the customer in every way. I can't wait to go back!!!!

We've been here three times and have recommended it to several friends who have also been pleased! Excellent food and excellent value. We especially recommend the tordelli lucchesi and the pappardelle with wild boar ragù. The place is cozy and the service is friendly and welcoming. We'll definitely be back again. A 10 out of 10.

An evening spent in the hospitality of a special family. Claudio, the innkeeper, entertained us with his many years of experience as a good host. His wife and daughter, Anna, the women of this trattoria, provided impeccable service. As for the food, what can I say? After pappardelle with wild boar and a delicious tagliata, "rising light" would be a fitting description of the quality and cuisine. Cantuccini and Vin Santo rounded out the dinner.

The places of the past, the ones you can't find anymore, where they address you informally, smile at you, and offer you a good glass of wine and a hot bruschetta with strictly raw sausage. The place is cute, the service is attentive, the food tastes like home, without frills. The Garmugia Lucchese is excellent, you could eat it every day. The sautéed rovelline, the cured meats, etc., are all truly delicious. The portions are generous and the price is more than fair.
Highly recommended.

Wandering around "per chiese" (the city of 100 churches), we came across a line outside the restaurant: a good sign! Excellent selection. Traditional Lucca and Tuscan dishes. The staff were kind and friendly. Reperita iuvant!
