La Bottega del Nobile In Montepulciano

End of year dinner, Particular place with various very suggestive rooms, pleasant evening, the service in the room was excellent, everything was managed very well until midnight arrived for the toast at the beginning of the new year. I wasn't enthusiastic about the menu, the dishes are well presented, the courses are a taster, go for the aperitif and starter, the two first courses, tortelli with carbonara cream, red prawns and broccoli, excellent dish, considering the little quantity I gave it to my husband, the risotto with oyster and champagne, the oyster prevailed so much that the champagne was barely noticeable, moreover it was behind in cooking (left on the plate), the worst thing was the second "turbot in three consistencies" 1) small sausage (the size of a finger) so broken up with fennel and other things that you couldn't tell what fish it was, nor was it nice to look at, 2) slice of fish with bone (quantity: the tip of a fork) chewy, 3) beaten raw. Tasting of sweets As if to say too much is just as little, it's lame.

Unforgettable experience, an environment with attention to detail, they welcomed us warmly, served at the right time with dishes with a unique flavour, everything extremely delicious but the thing I absolutely loved were the desserts, it had been a long time since I ate such good desserts , with a delicate and incredible flavor, truly TOPPPP SUPER RECOMMENDED!!!

Everything perfect! From the food to the service, including the location. Dishes studied and very tasty. Probably my local floor in Montepulciano, not to underestimate the fact that they also have a high-level internal wine shop.

Montepulciano Treasure. Bottage del Nobile nailed it tonight. Hands down, the best Fiorentina steak that I've had in years. Unlike many Italian restaurants, they leave a nice portion of fat on the steak = FLAVOR!!! Plus an amazing list with hidden gems ( just check out the pic) and an amazing and knowledgeable staff. I was about to give up after searching for a table on a holiday weekend for a full hour. No one would seat me, but they took in. One of our favorite spots ( 3rd time visiting the area). Florentine steak is awesome. Great wine shop attached to restaurant. We ordered a couple of cases to ship home.

A restaurant with which one can only compliment. I came to have dinner with a group of friends on a Saturday evening and despite the 1.5 hour drive that separated us from the place I can say that it was worth every single minute. We ate very well and possibly drank even better, thanks also to a decidedly professional and friendly staff (which is absolutely not to be taken for granted) who allowed us to fully enjoy the evening. To conclude... at the time of the bill we were sweetly amazed at the quality-price ratio considering the location and the food/wine served; restaurant, that said, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to anyone who finds themselves looking for a good place to eat in the wonderful center of Montepulciano. An applause in all respects.

Voto: 10 Il miglior ristorante in cui sia mai stato finora, in ogni aspetto è eccezionale. La cura del dettaglio della location è incredibile, come il servizio e la cucina. Complimenti davvero, soprattutto al maitre e allo chef, che sono riusciti a trasmettere questa cultura a tutto lo staff e a chi viene a mangiare. Unico
