Just had a birthday dinner here. Honestly one of the best meals I've ever had. The entire staff was attentive, well informed about the food and wine and made us feel very welcome from the moment we walked in.
George, the mixologist, started the night off right with some amazing cocktails. From there, we moved on to the tasting menus and some wine recommendations that hit just right for all of us.
While the portions might seems small, working through the entire tasting menu left all five of us full, content, happy, and more than a little sleepy.
All in all, this was a fantastic experience and one I'll cherish for years to come.

We came here for a special occasion, we tried the chefs recommendation menu of 10 coursed and I have got to say, this is the best meal I have ever had (no exaggeration). Every single dish was phenomenal! From the crackers to the deserts.
Blanca and the other blonde waitress (sadly we couldn’t ger her name) were very professional, friendly and polite. They explained everything in details and never rushed us out and understood our requests clearly unlike the other waiter, they made our experience much much better.
On a side note, we found it uncomfortable asking for a tip in an europian micheiln star restaurant. We wouldn’t mind increasing the prices a bit but do not bring the american culture to europe.

A real experience, we went to the Saporium for an aperitif and with the tapas we were able to enjoy a small taste of the extraordinary cuisine. Nicola, the bar manager, guided and "pampered" us in a real experience, not only culinary but also in terms of cocktails, with drinks prepared ad hoc that change based on seasonal ingredients!
If you want to enjoy unique flavors and live a unique experience, the Saporium tapas lounge bar is something I suggest as it is within everyone's reach!
In Florence, a stone's throw from the centre, you can experience something extraordinary that I recommend to anyone!!
After the Saporium everything else will no longer make sense; I can't wait to go back to try everything else!

I took my wife here for her birthday. We have been here pre-covid about three times but she always loved it so I decided to book for her birthday again. We were not disappointed.
The staff are friendly, attentive and very professional.
The food was amazinggggg!! We both decided to try the seven course fish menu and it was delicious. There is an a la carte and two other tasting menus (meat and vegetarian).
The restaurant has a very laid back, classy look and is beautifully decorated.
There was even a small birthday cake at the end of the meal which was very sweet of the staff. We will be going back sooner than later

Stratospheric. Having dined a couple of times at the good coffee shop, I was hoping it would be as good as this, but they surpassed it. Right on point service, elegant and formal but friendly and nice. Elevated cuisine, excellent. A special thing is being able to choose different tastings for the table, for example my wife cannot eat fish, but this allowed us to try more dishes.
In my opinion the best one star restaurant in Florence.

Dishes made from produce from specific regions are amazing
In particular, the olive oil and white risotto were really delicious.
The fish dish was so salty that I had no choice but to leave it behind.

Tl;dr - excellent food and service, but asking us to tip was odd.
I had the (land) meat-based tasting menu and my wife had the fish and seafood-based tasting menu. We thoroughly enjoyed the dishes, and sampled each other's courses, and both agreed that the meat-based tasting menu was better. They offer several wine pairing options and have an extensive wine list comprising Italian and foreign (heavily French) red and white options, many with a decent 10-20 years of age, with a wide price range for any budget, with some of the bottles starting as low as 50€.
Service was very friendly and extremely organised and professional. We were asked several times for our opinion on certain dishes. They called us a taxi at the end of the evening and made sure the driver knew where to take us.
The only reason I'm taking away a star is that at the moment of paying the payment terminal asked us for tips in a very American style with the large [10%][15%][25%] buttons, which is the first time I've seen this in dozens of restaurants across various regions of Italy. I'm assuming this would look very odd to a guest from Italy or from nearby countries which also don't tip in that style, and I'm wondering if they turned on the tipping screen because they saw we were Canadian/American. It just feels very tourist-trap-y for a Michelin-starred restaurant. If you need tips to pay your staff, then perhaps you should just price the tasting menu higher.
