My husband and I were in Florence for our anniversary and were lucky enough to obtain a lunch reservation at Saporium. Given the intimate nature of the seating, it seems the dinner reservations would go quickly. The atmosphere and staff are incredible. The pride they have in what they do can be seen in every careful and thoughtful action and interaction with each guest. The decor is relaxing and serene, as if in the garden the delicious meals are being prepared from. Everyone was incredibly attentive and the pace of meal was completely on point. We have been to Michelin star restaurants across the US and Italy, I have to say I was shocked that they don’t have more Michelin stars with how delectable the food is. Saporium is only rivaled in my opinion by Eric Ripert’s La Bernardin. We tried the chefs tasting menu, which was a cross amongst their other tasting menu options. Every course was as delicious as the last, not one of our ten courses disappointed. The flavors were perfectly harmonized and danced across our taste buds with every new bite. We could have stayed for hours, continuing to be treated to this culinary gift. We will be back to Florence and most certainly back to Saporium Firenze as we cannot wait to try a dinner service!

I'm giving 5 just for the service! It was perfect. Politeness at its best. The food was good but not to die for. The pasta with mussels and the red mullet were very normal dishes to consider starred. To say that I didn't like them. The desserts at the end weren't that great and the late they served at the end was ugly in my opinion 🙂 And the thing I didn't like was the smell of the cooking that was in the room 🤨. But you can say experience with 800 euros for a couple with two children. And a pasta with tomato sauce 60 euros 🤓 bye, goodbye!

We had a truly wonderful and memorable evening at Saporium Firenze, a special experience shared by my wife, my five-year-old daughter, and myself. As a vegetarian dining with family who don’t share my dietary choices, it can be a challenge to accommodate us all. But here, I was welcomed with a sense of care and creativity that was genuinely moving.
Each of my dishes was thoughtfully composed, not only delicious but also complementary to my partner’s, allowing us to enjoy a parallel journey through the tasting menu, each plate a unique variation on a shared theme.
And with a young child in tow — spirited and sometimes a bit of a handful — I can’t overstate how grateful we were for the staff’s warmth and attentiveness. Their graciousness made it possible for us to truly enjoy the evening together, and for her to get a look at just how special a restaurant can be. It was a wonderful night, and one we will remember for a long time.

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful setting, all dressed in green, with great Italian cuisine. A nice selection of meat/fish or vegetarian dishes that you can mix and match during your order. Very pleasant and attentive service. Bravo
