New discovery of the last one. Excellent place, original and exquisite dishes, impeccable staff.

The atmosphere was very nice and pleasant, and the food was excellent. The tagliatelle and tortelli were as good as our grandmothers'. The lady who served us was very courteous and professional. The only thing I found a bit off was the host's schoolmarm attitude; if it was meant to be friendly, well, it didn't work. That said, the tagliatelle also deserve... a little patience.

Very welcoming place, you go underground very cool ideal in summer. Good dishes, a little too much oil but it didn't ruin everything. Excellent selection of wines.

We went to Bottega dei Portici and the experience was overall pleasant. Upon arrival we found a convenient parking lot for motorcycles, covered by awnings, and a small space for cars. We had lunch in a dehors a little detached from the main entrance, very well-kept and quiet, bordered by an elegant glass wall and hedges that make it private and pleasant. The only aspect that could be improved was the ventilation: on a hot day in June, the air circulated little and, despite the presence of a fan, the heat was felt. A little extra trick to favor the circulation of air would make the environment even more comfortable. For the rest, lunch was satisfactory: we had two appetizers of mixed crostini (good, even if not exceptional) and two first courses that were really well made, tasty and abundant. We left full and happy, also thanks to the attentive and courteous service of the staff. A plus point is definitely the quality-price ratio, which we found excellent: generous portions, well-treated ingredients and a relaxed atmosphere, ideal for a quiet break. With a few small improvements in comfort, it could become a real point of reference in the area.
