The food is excellent. The restaurant is run by young people who strive for the highest quality in their products. Highly recommended, and we'll definitely be back.

A great classic outside Florence, where you can enjoy a delicious meal without frills in an old-fashioned but tasteful setting. The only downside is that the prices have always been a bit above average.

A truly beautiful, rustic place not far from Florence. The atmosphere is truly homey, and the staff is friendly, welcoming, and approachable. Traditional Tuscan food that truly makes you feel at home. Generous portions.

A historic restaurant near southern Florence.... it's always a pleasure to return here because the food is always good, and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Excellent family management and typical local Tuscan products, you feel at home, and that's not to be taken for granted!

Ristorante la Bianchina

09/12/2025: Every year I return to Bianchina, and every year I give it 5 stars. Because the food is good, because it's affordable, because the waiters are kind, because they're fast. Is that enough? This time I tried the suckling pig with potatoes, which was the choice of the day. Excellent. I believe the owners are Sardinian, and that explains the excellent quality of the suckling pig, as well as that of the homemade myrtle liqueur. For me, Florence isn't a visit to Bianchina without it.
06/12/2025: I wasn't familiar with the place, but it's easy to get to and has ample parking. The steak was exceptional, a classic Florentine steak, undercooked but melting in your mouth. Despite being busy, the service was very fast. The prices were average and much lower than those downtown restaurants where they serve almost black-core meat.
