This restaurant has been our go-to stop for many years now, the start of our long-awaited holidays! Comfortable atmosphere, friendly staff, and a friendly owner. Both regulars and new guests mingle, and the friendly atmosphere makes you feel part of a community. Good food, a real place. You might even encounter baptisms, birthdays of centenarian grandmothers, or Sunday family reunions, but always without excessive noise and stressed waiters! You will always be welcome!

The fixed-price lunch menu deserves applause... I saw people working hard to transform local ingredients into truly excellent dishes... for €15 in Milan, you wouldn't even eat at McDonald's...

The place is spacious with plenty of space between tables, but unfortunately the noise level was a bit high, perhaps due to a couple of tables of young people celebrating birthdays. As for the dishes, the portions are generous and very well cooked. The ravioli and tagliolini with summer truffles were delicious, as were the braised beef and sirloin with prosciutto and Castelmagno cheese. The desserts were also very good, in generous portions. We had rose ice cream with tequila, a cocotte with peach and ice cream, strawberry ice cream with port, and an over-the-top millefeuille.
Finally, a very respectable wine list.

Stopped here for lunch with our two teenagers. Limited lunch menu, but it was all excellent. Spaghetti with anchovies was delightful, tagliatelle negro was delicious. Staff was very kind

Non è la prima volta che succede: arriviamo all’ora di pranzo (anzi già un pochino tardi), senza poter prenotare perché il traffico è una variabile indipendente, ma siamo sempre accolti con cortesia, gentilezza e disponibilità. In più mangiamo sempre bene (piatti semplici, ma sempre ben fatti) ed il prezzo è assolutamente da sottolineare. Insomma per noi è diventato un punto di riferimento…
