La botte Stresa, a refined and stylish place, small and welcoming, the owner Matilde is always sunny, the staff and dining room are well-trained, the cuisine is delicious and will make you lose your mind.

This trattoria was a nice surprise! Excellent food, professional servers, and a very pleasant owner. The ravioli are to die for! Highly recommended. However, you have to book, it's full.

We had such a wonderful experience here! The food was absolutely excellent, full of flavor and beautifully presented. The elegant interior and cozy atmosphere made me feel instantly relaxed, and the staff were so warm and attentive.

Hermosa habitación y ambiente, pero la comida estaba “tratando demasiado” para ser innovador para mantener su estatus Michelin. No había tantos elementos de menú para elegir, y los que estaban disponibles se veían bien en el menú, pero estaban demasiado ocupados en las papilas gustativas. Si eres un amante de la comida que le gusta ese tipo de cosas, este es el lugar para ti. Si no, quizás pruebe en otro lugar.

24/07/2025: Hotel that also offers restaurant service to non-guests. Pleasant staff, well-kept and clean premises, and satisfactory food quality. The risotto requires a 15-minute wait, but it's worth it; it's perfectly cooked. The bill was reasonable for the menu. PS: The Barbera on tap was delicious.
03/07/2025: If, like me, when you go to the mountains you are looking for nature and simplicity this is the right place. A slightly old-fashioned hotel with minimalist room furnishings but with a fantastic location and very friendly owners. The food is simple but adequate. The quality/price ratio is excellent.

04/09/2025: We cannot understand a single one of the negative reviews. This was the best meal on our holiday so far. The food was all excellent, all the dishes were tasty and well balanced. We had Goats cheese salad, bruschetta with burrata, ham and peaches, to start. Then ravioli and octopus taglioni. All so good my partner went back and ordered the seared octopus off the starters again. We both also enjoyed desserts. If we had another night here I’m sure we would be back. Thank you.
