Small but well-kept spa, great staff, excellent restaurant... reasonable price

A well-kept location with very friendly staff. A restaurant worth trying.

Absolute tranquility, the spa small but basic. The massage team was excellent. I enjoyed delicious, carefully prepared dishes. The only flaw was a waitress with olive skin who didn't bother at all (since my husband has celiac disease) to bring the dishes without asking who they were for. Thank God, my husband is very attentive, and we had to ask for confirmation. If it had been anyone else and they would have trusted us, it would have been a disaster.

Everything was very relaxing, beautiful location, and amazing dinner! The only negative was one of the two masseuses who exclaimed, "It's 8 pm and I've been up all day, so I won't give you the total relaxation massage because I'm tired. I'll give you another." 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 Of course, that's fine, but if they offered that time when I booked, it meant it was possible. I still paid for a service... It would be nice if, in the workplace, everyone refused to perform their duties, citing tiredness. 😂 And then, after the massage she gave me (the one she wanted), my shoulders are sore—worse than better!!!!

A beautiful discovery in the Tuscan hills, a period villa used as a hotel with a spa and restaurant. Rooms furnished in keeping with the property, very large and comfortable, and truly have everything you could need. The spa area is small but well-organized, and the services are excellent. The staff is very professional and friendly. The outdoor pool, nestled among olive and cypress trees, is beautiful; perhaps it's worth using in the summer; in the winter, there's only the indoor hot tub, which offers a beautiful view. The real gem of the entire property is the restaurant...the food is divine!! Every dish is carefully prepared and the flavors are truly exceptional. My heartfelt compliments to the kitchen staff. I'd return just to have dinner with you again!!

Unfortunately, we only stayed one night. The spa treatments were top-notch. A great place for a rejuvenating getaway.

I was skeptical after reading the negative reviews, but I was proven wrong! The place is beautiful, the staff is friendly, the spa is small but well-kept, and the treatment was magnificent! The food was very good and beautifully presented. For dinner, thanks to Catalin for giving us the best advice!

We stayed last weekend, the package was complete. The property is truly beautiful and the location is spectacular. For a 4-star hotel, however, they should at least do some minor routine maintenance throughout the premises, which they certainly didn't do, not because of money, but rather out of indifference. The rooms are spacious and very clean, as is the bathroom. When you book, however, ask which room you're getting. Rooms 106 and 107 are located outside the property, so it's not all that pleasant to leave the spa feeling hot and toasty in the freezing cold air, even if only for a moment. The spa is fine, small but it's got everything you need... we had some wonderful treatments, and I want to thank the ladies who pampered us: Barbara, Aurora for massages, and Rosi for body treatments. They were simply exceptional and professional. Thank you. The restaurant is beautiful, the food excellent and well-served, the waiters very kind, but the maître d' is a sore point, a man with a grin who barely says good evening, takes your order, not a word more, unless you're a pretty girl, then he also flashes a smile. Overall, however, we had a great time. Oh... if you want to bring a dog with you, it's welcome, but be aware, something they don't tell you if you ask at reception, that it's not allowed in the restaurant... they didn't tell me that.
