How do you ensure a smooth flow as a restaurant? Come see for yourself. Super efficient! We had the last table, so the cordon for the terrace closed, but a table quickly became available and new guests could be welcomed. Service is also fast, and the dishes are served quickly. We didn't feel rushed at all, but we weren't particularly welcome either. We opted for the schiaffoni and the pistacchio pizza. They were good and very tasty. We were on our way again in 30 minutes, perfect if you still want to see something in Polignano or the surrounding area.

We had fabulous pizzas here (the best from our entire time in Puglia). The setting was lovely, overlooking the little square, the service was excellent & friendly and the Aperol Spritz were VERY good. It was so good we recommended this to our friends who also loved it.

Cenamos en Bella Mbriana en Polignano y nos quedamos boquiabiertos. Probamos la Diavoletta y una pizza bianche con mortadela – ambas fueron absolutamente fantásticas, fácilmente entre las mejores pizzas que hemos probado. El servicio fue igual de impresionante. El personal era amable, atento, y nos hizo sentir realmente bienvenidos durante toda la noche. Teniendo en cuenta la calidad de la comida, la excelente ubicación y el excelente servicio, los precios eran más que justos. Todo fue perfecto, una experiencia de primera categoría de principio a fin. Una gran recomendación de nosotros – no te pierdas este lugar si estás en Polignano!
