We loved La Basilica place and the chef. The food is more than delicious. It's just amazing. The beatiful atmosphere and friedly stuff makes this place more than a Michelin star restaurant.

We went on November 1st for the first time, attracted by the Sorrento-style location... we entered and were greeted by the Maître Giuseppe, a professional, kind, and friendly person! The food is divine. We'll be back!!

Visited the place multiple times after going to different restaurants in Sorrento. For us it stood out with the great service and great food and wines. Definitely would recommend to visit.

Great restaurant with awesome food tucked in an alley behind the church. Inside and outside seating available. Prices are comparable for the area. I had the fresh seafood pasta and the hubs ordered the carbonara pasta. Probably the best seafood pasta I had around here. The noodles and sauce were amazing.

As a cheap Midwestern US guy...After 10 days in Italy this was one of my favorite restaurants. Live music for the first part and wonderful service. I had the pork belly. 🤌🏽Spent about 100-30 euros for 4ppl

Locale curato, molto spazioso e curato; personale molto educato, cordiale e gradevole; ottimi gli gnocchi alla sorrentina ma anche tutto il resto. Equilibrato il rapporto qualità prezzo Abbondanti i piatti Da consigliare ad un Amico!

I had the carbonarra, the best one I have ever had. Perfect spaghetti og Delicious bacon. Nice and cold White Wine one the side and very good service from the waiters.

11/01/2026: It's a true, classic, honest Neapolitan trattoria. The food is excellent, the flavors are typical, the service is good and friendly, and there's no pretension, just good, authentic Neapolitan food (and I'm speaking as a Neapolitan). The price is absolutely fair for the excellent quality and abundance of the food. In a city that's adapting too much to tourism, this place remains a healthy bastion of tradition and honesty. Congratulations!!
