Splendida giornata di sole di un mite novembre. In compagnia dei nostri cani siamo stati in questo ristorante trovato per caso. Apparecchiato un tavolo all'aperto con ciotola di acqua fresca per i nostri cuccioli. Locale molto pulito, personale accogliente e gentilissimo, atmosfera davvero gradevole. Ottima Cucina , preparazioni ben presentate e pesce fresco. Torneremo prestissimo

Typical restaurant in the Viareggio dock which however goes so far as to offer a menu that also invites those who are a fish lover. Usually, those who don't like fish, but like to say that they went to the seaside to eat fish, eat seafood salad, spaghetti with clams and fried seafood. La Barca goes much further, with fresh fish offerings that vary with the seasons and market availability. So sometimes we find red mullets, sea cicadas, even cacciucco to order... my friends from Livorno don't hold it against me... but very, very good. Let the owner Andrea advise you. Kind, professional and very nice, he will be able to direct you for a very enjoyable lunch or dinner.

Everything was very tasty.
The owner was very polite and tried to please us with all available means, although we did not understand a word of Italian and we did not go hungry.
I think it’s very inexpensive to have a good lunch for four for 65 euros in a pleasant atmosphere.
