This is a lovely place offering great food and wines. We went on Saturday night without booking and found the owner in his kitchen busy preparing the porcini. He told us we were good and asked to come back 30 minutes later. Upon our return, the wait staff showed is to our table and explained in perfect English how we should order from the QR menu. The place filled up quickly with local families and the atmosphere was really nice. Slight minus: we asked the steaks to cooked medium rare but they were rather done. All in all a highly recommendable restaurant with good, honest food and very reasonable prices.

We have a second home in Polignano. After arriving in Polignano from Austria, our first place to eat was La Baracca, a seven-course appetizer, tagliatelle with truffles, chocolate soufflé, etc. Delicious, highly recommended 🎶

A fantastic experience and excellent service.
You must visit this place, especially the multi-course appetizers.

Authentic, traditional cuisine, specialty meats, and good wine—all excellent without breaking the bank. Friendly, efficient staff. Highly recommended.

A typical restaurant, almost without tourists. You'll need to be patient for service and not be afraid of the lively and noisy atmosphere. We tried all seven starters: generous, filling, and delicious. An experience worth trying!

Braceria per poter mangiare della carne in tutte le salse.
Una sala accogliete e una baracca attigua con tanta confusione e il contrario della prima. Se hai la fortuna di sederti nella prima sala, ok....ma nella baracca proprio da sconsigliare. Per un paio di volte abbiamo ordinato oltre a un arrosto misto anche del filetto, con un prezzo da filetto, ma consistenza da tagliata discreta. Cantina fornitissima.
