Good but no atmosphere I had the Pici with wild boar and honestly I wouldn't recommend them. The steak on the rib was good, unfortunately I forgot to specify the doneness and strangely the person who took the order didn't ask and did it their way with a medium doneness which is not what I prefer, partly my fault but a question about cooking was a must in a place specializing (at least in theory) on meat. What really disappointed me and is the reason why I would not return to the restaurant, was the lack of empathy of the staff, very detached, with monosyllable answers and practically zero communication! You had to insist for an answer or advice, really excessive. Three stars because the meat was tasty but when you go to a restaurant you also look for the right atmosphere and a minimum amount of involvement on the part of those serving at the table.

At the top of a hill overlooking Pistoia is its province. They cook excellent meat, have good wine, and the environment is serene. The road is difficult and curvy, you just need to go slowly😄

Pranzo di Santo Stefano in famiglia, ci siamo tenuti sugli antipasti e sui primi (tordelli alla lucchese e pici al ragù di cinghiale super) il tutto è risultato di ottima qualità. Esperienza positiva

Были с женой 09.11.2024 на ужине. Еда: невероятная мясо Фьорентина! Взяли фирменное с белыми грибами под названием La Baita, на гарнир запеченный картофель, овощи на гриле и свежий салатик. С вином Donna Olimpia Bolgheri Rosso 2021 (мой отзыв на вино в Vivino ник Sergey Pirogov за 10.11.2024) получилась отменная классика вкуса. Очень рекомендую! Мясо правильно посолено и и приготовлено, в основном сырое, но именно такая прожарка гарантирует максимальное удовольствие от стейка! К тому же мясо таяло во рту. Обслуживание: внимательное, предусмотрительное, профессиональное! Атмосфера/интерьер: недавно сделан отличный ремонт, очень уютно и стильно. Цена/качество: прекрасное! Рекомендую обязательно к посещению!!!
