I've been a customer of this restaurant for a long time, I have no complaints about the food, but I've heard that they no longer accept dogs. I really hope it's just rumors, because I would be sad not to be able to come here anymore.

I went with some friends to this restaurant in the province of Pistoia, which had been highly recommended. The place is truly charming, warm, and homey. We ordered: - two raw fish appetizers to share between the five of us; - one first course each; - 1.5kg of fillet steak to share; - three desserts to share; - water and two bottles of wine. We paid just over €60 each and left feeling truly happy and satisfied with this Sunday lunch. The only flaw was the service: we were served by two people from the restaurant during our stay. One (probably the owner's daughter) was very friendly and cheerful, while the other was truly poisonous. Never a smile, never a "please" when we were served. She brought us a menu for five of us (okay, we could have asked for it, but can't you tell there are five of us?), she served us raw fish without even telling us which was which, and when we asked about some of the first courses, it seemed like we had to get descriptions of the dishes (for example, we didn't know what tordelli and gnudi were). It's a shame, because with very little, the experience would have been perfect... thank goodness we also interacted with the other person in the restaurant, otherwise I would have given the service one star.

Excellent dinner, good meat, very attentive service, special wine, what more could you want?

It was a wonderful experience. I went for lunch with my husband for his birthday, and he was absolutely delighted. The fillet steak was great, with fried mushrooms and roast potatoes. Unfortunately, we couldn't have dessert because we were already there, but we opted for a fabulous ice cream with wild berries. Highly recommended. See you soon.

Sunday lunch, friendly and very polite staff, typical Tuscan atmosphere, lived-in, reminiscent of authenticity and local traditions, extraordinary food. Sandro cooked and served a world-class Florentine steak! Chapeau! 🤝👍👏👏👏

Exceptional, truly sublime meat, mushrooms and polenta, good wine list, good service, medium-high prices, but the quality of the food is more than worth it.
