Everything was excellent! The arrosticini were excellent, and so were the side dishes! The first course was also excellent: the burnt wheat cazzeellitti with Gregorian cheese and speck!

Very basic location and very fair prices. Special mention goes to the very friendly and well-organized staff, even with a large number of guests. The two fettuccine we ordered were good, but there was something missing to make them exceptional. The arrosticini, on the other hand, are the icing on the cake! Try it and believe it.

La Baita was a pleasant discovery. A quaint, welcoming, and meticulously maintained restaurant, it was our go-to spot for the two days we spent in Scanno: excellent pizza and truly high-quality traditional dishes, excellent value for money. The staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive to our every need.

Bella cena in una baita. Ristorante con tante cose buone da mangiare, carne, pizza. Abbiamo mangiato arrosticini, verdure grigliate e patate arrosto, di sorbetti della casa. Spesa 57 euro.

05/07/2025: We went after a long time since we had eaten there and the quality is always excellent, everything is delicious, from the pizza to the delicacies to the calzones. The girl at the counter is smiling and super kind, it makes you want to go back! Congratulations indeed. We ate very well and we felt at home.
