A real discovery!
We had dinner at La Baita and were thrilled. The staff is truly excellent: friendly, attentive and always smiling. A special thanks goes to Francesca, who with her kindness and professionalism made the experience even more enjoyable.
The food is excellent, prepared with care and with quality ingredients. From appetizers to desserts, everything is truly exquisite.
In addition, the prices are super cheap, which makes the quality/price ratio unbeatable.
Highly recommended! We will definitely be back!

Friendly and helpful staff. I have been there with my children several nights in a row and they have always welcomed us with an unexpected smile. The food is excellent, the pizza is top. See you in August to enjoy the typical dishes. Congratulations!!

Excellent staff in all respects: kindness, promptness, speed and efficiency! Even though we hadn't booked, they let us have lunch by making us wait 15/20 minutes, the time needed for an available table to become free: something that not all restaurants do... and it is very much appreciated!!! The place looks a lot like a mountain hut and is large with many seats. The food is genuine like the flavors of the past. The hut appetizer consists of two hot dishes and local cheeses, salami and cold cuts. The first courses are traditional but with an innovative touch. The grill is very good and plentiful. If I were to pass by these parts again I will definitely return! These are the restaurants that deserve a reward. Average prices.

Tried as a restaurant for a Sunday lunch. Friendly service and tasty dishes. The portion sizes were right with a price appropriate to the quality and location. The directions to get there were not entirely correct, better to follow the signs for the cable car and park on site. I would recommend it for a lunch with typical dishes on the occasion of a trip to Scanno and the surrounding area.

A 5 minute walk from the center of Scanno, a nice restaurant in a large Baita. Good food, fair prices. We ate two arrosticini, grilled vegetables, roast potatoes, water and two house sorbets. Cost 57 euros.
