La Baita In Scanno

Excellent food, I highly recommend it, the waiters are very helpful, very kind, the service is excellent, the facility is very clean 😍 I didn't sleep in the rooms so I can't give you a review, it's definitely very clean... I hope to return soon, it's worth it 😊

I went to the restaurant and everything was good...

I ate polenta with ribs and sausage for lunch and I liked it...nice place in mountain style...

We only ate at this place. The hut looks like a typical mountain structure with the Scanno ski resort next to it (unfortunately not in operation for a few years). The interior is warm and welcoming, the friendly staff puts you at ease. Really good dishes. You can eat pizza (but we opted for a menu of local dishes).

We had dinner at "La Baita", a restaurant with a warm and welcoming atmosphere but unfortunately very chaotic, being entirely frequented by families and very large groups with children (which makes it very difficult to even exchange a few words). As regards the service, however, they were really very professional, in fact we asked for information on the availability of gluten-free dishes for my partner (as he is celiac) and they showed us the dishes we could order, which included all the starters and all the main courses. without risk of contamination. We ordered a very good platter of cold cuts and cheeses, while both the fettuccine with wild boar ragù and the mixed roast meat left us with a bad taste in our mouths: decent wild boar ragù and mixed roast, despite the good flavour, a little too salty and not very filling for the proposed price. In general, prices are a little high compared to other restaurants in the area and for the quality of the products offered.

We chose this place for our usual first lunch of the year. Very nice place and characteristically all in wood; shame about the unlit central fireplace, which otherwise would give that Top touch! We were greeted with a continuous good morning, best wishes and welcome, all seasoned with pleasant smiles. For this alone they deserve 10 stars! Francesca followed us; he was able to advise us and direct us in the best possible way. She too, always with a smile and friendly! Excellent food with the right portions! To conclude; We were pleasantly surprised so much that we will return to visit them soon COMPLIMENTS

Per quanto riguarda i piatti nulla da dire sempre buoni come le altre volte in cui sono venuto. Ottime le fettuccine funghi e tartufo e gli arrosticini. Ho da fare un appunto: le porzioni si sono ridotte rispetto alle altre volte ( e non per tutti ! ) e la grigliata mista è un po’ troppo misera per costare 18 euro.
